Tour de France 2017 is an updated version that is slightly improved from the previous game. The game has too many technical issues to be highly recommended for a wide audience.

Pro Cycling Manager 2017 is a disappointment. It did not bring a lot of novelties and fans will have to wait next year to observe a real change. However, the game is pleasant thanks to the richness of the gameplay and the fluidity of his game engine.

If you want to race the Tour de France on your PS4 this game is your only option. Still, the game feels repetitive after a bit, whilst the gameplay offers mixed sensations.

Whilst lacking in the depth that some other management simulations offer, Pro Cycling Manager still does a good job of transferring the technical world of pro cycling into a competent if unremarkable game.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Tour de France 2017 since I had never really played a bicycle racing simulator before. What I found was a very interesting title that piqued my interest for many hours. Biking through the beautiful vistas that the game has to offer is a great experience, and the biking had a really interesting gameplay mechanic.

I would only recommend this game to people who are either big fans of the Tour de France game series, or big cycling fans, otherwise you would probably be wasting your money.

Tour de France 2017 is a competent and exciting cycling game that may not be the most inviting to newcomers. While players more experienced may enjoy this right out of the gate, for those giving it their first try, expect to put some time in before it starts to be really fun. Most of the modes feel like they don't add very much to the basic Team mode, but what they do add manages to justify their existence. All in all, this is a fun title that fails to be inviting, but manages to be engaging once you're in deep enough.
