Critic Reviews for Diablo III: Eternal Collection
The Devil is now on-demand in a very polished, content-rich port to Nintendo Switch.
The long and short of it is that this is simply Diablo III on Switch. It's the same great game, featuring frenzied action, alluring gameplay loops, and few technical compromises
Diablo 3 remains a clever, rewarding, and oftentimes brilliant action-RPG that has made a near seamless transition to Nintendo Switch, six years after its original release.
In short, Diablo III: Eternal Collection is a lovely port of a classic RPG loot-a-thon that keeps its feet firmly in the past. The execution is wonderful, but its gameplay is not something that will appeal to everyone due to the high level of repetition. Its visuals are clear and functional if not especially interesting, but performance is top notch to make up for it. If you're looking for a loot-driven grind-a-thon with more explosions of viscera than you can comfortably discuss with your mother, this is the game for you.
Diablo III on the Switch is my new favorite way to play the game. If you ignore the lame campaign, this is a engaging and rewarding action RPG experience that you can play for minutes or hours. And you'll enjoy it alone or with friends.
The PS4 version is still the best, but we're down to the nitty-gritty of which one looks better to reach that verdict and, honestly, to many players the difference will be an acceptable trade-off for the ability to play Diablo 3 on a handheld.
If you are looking for a game of adventure for you and your friends to let you fight the monsters and explore the caves then you will enjoy Diablo III.

A fantastic version of Diablo III to enjoy, this time, in the Nintendo hybrid console. And it comes with all the current contents of this title that has been designed to be replayed almost infinitely, and on almost any platform. The portable version and the possibility of playing at home are what we like the most. And least of all, the fact that we can not cross party with our Battle.net account. A small drawback to be able to enjoy a title that returns to feel like new in a new platform (and we must remember that Diablo III is a game that is already 6 years old). Almost nothing.
