In the end, FM 2019 is the perfect representation of German football, which it obtained the licence: efficient, solid, and never disappointing.

The most realistic Football Manager game, is also the best release so far
If you're a die-hard football fan but also a lover of the behind the scene workings of football, this is a game that will give you all of that to your heart's content. For the rest of us football fans, I'd suggest sticking to the latest iteration of FIFA.
A fabulous demonstration of what football management is really like, of which there is no peer. But impenetrable to many and less fun for all, it makes you think of the past too often to ignore.
The Football Manager 2019 by Sports Interactive shows up with few innovations and surprises. The well-known formula still works, but this must not excuse why new features like the revised training do not work properly. The Football Manager still has the charm of a spreadsheet, with an old-fashioned graphics engine and new bugs. Fans will have their fun with Football Manager 2019, which despite all its weaknesses is the best version yet. However, Sports Interactive will not make the step into the mainstream with this game.
