The Blackout Club is a fun co-op experience, with elements of horror that diminish over time. Nonetheless, the setup is great and the navigation through levels is fun as well. If you or your friends are looking for a new co-op to sink some time into, The Blackout Club is worth your consideration.

The Blackout Club is positively packed with pioneering mechanics and a unique setup that draws you in, but lets itself down with serious repetition and a grind that dissuades long-term play.

Whatever your constitution, The Blackout Club gets a strong recommendation from me. It’s got a tense feel to it, some cultist shenanigans going on, and especially off the back of the latest Stranger Things series, it’s something a bit different in the horror ranks.
