Switch up the fun with four games in one! As cybernetic peacekeeper Officer Patricia Wagon, you'll use your platforming skills, puzzle-solving abilities, and special level-altering Siren Helmet to protect the people of Planet Land and smash enemies into the screen! In Mighty Switch Force! and its HD remake, Mighty Switch Force! Hyper Drive Edition, you'll zap foes while “switching” blocks from the foreground to the background (and vice versa) as you track down the delinquent Hooligan Sisters in each stage. Then, in Mighty Switch Force! 2, Officer Wagon trades in her Pellet Gun for a fire hose as she extinguishes a dangerous blaze and rescues would-be victims. Finally, in Mighty Switch Force! Academy, you'll put the trainees through their paces in expansive HD stages with co-op and versus modes for up to four players. The future of lighthearted law enforcement is here! Key Features: •Four fantastic games in one: Mighty Switch Force!, Mighty Switch Force! Hyper Drive Edition, Mighty Switch Force! 2, and Mighty Switch Force! Academy •Use your Siren Helmet to switch around level layouts and solve tricky puzzles! •Blast enemies with your Pellet Gun and extinguish flames with your firehose! •Encounter colorful characters like Corporal Gendarmor, Ugly Twitching Dog, and Ugly Secret Baby! •Avoid hazards and interact with elements like Launch Blocks and Force Field Blocks to navigate more than 70 levels! •Aim for the fastest time! Mighty Switch Force! Collection is a great way to bring Wayforward's 3DS series to the Switch that will undoubtedly appeal to both fans of the series and newcomers alike. The decision to separate the first game and its HD remaster is one we're not fully on board with, and we'd love to have seen some extra content like concept art and soundtracks. Nevertheless, every game included features superb gameplay and level design, making this a collection that every Switch owner should experience.

Players who have not experienced any of the titles, just one or just want them all together in one place should certainly pick this up. Fans of puzzlers and platforming alike should certainly look into the Mighty Switch Force collection. Honestly, the price of $19.99 is an amazing value, considering the amount of content included in this collection.

Even if you've played these games before, I'd say this collection is absolutely worth picking up. It's wonderful to have them all on Switch since they were spread between three platforms originally (3DS, Wii U, Steam), and the Mighty Switch Force games are just plain fun and full of personality. I would like to have seen a collection of concept art a la the SNK and Street Fighter collections because Digital Eclipse has spoiled me forever with that kind of bonus content, but that doesn't take away from the experience, and I will never, ever get sick of kicking that ugly baby.
