When you consider its low price, Gravity Duck is a genuinely fun little game with a simple premise that works, and works well. It won’t last long, and you may want to pop some of your own tunes on whilst playing it, but taken on its own merits as an addictive little time sink, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.

For those wanting to kill a couple of hours with 4.99, Gravity Duck is right up your alley. While it doesn't do much in terms of replay value and it doesn't get innovative until the end, it's still worth your time if you want to dust off your Vita.

Gravity Duck offers an entertaining enough, if repetitively simple, time. But it ends far too quickly. Taking into account what other low-priced Switch titles offer, including those from the same developer, this game is a sizable distance from great. Gravity Duck does nothing to stand apart amidst its crowded genre. Having zero replay incentive is a crucial blunder! It might have been better staying a free flash game or a cheap mobile offering. This Duck needed more time in the oven to reach its potential.

Gravity Duck isn’t a broken game, nor is it a badly made game. The biggest problem with it comes from the shallow nature and utter boredom factor you’ll experience. While League of Evil offered more collectibles, more content, and more fun, this game is just a linear romp from Point A to Point B, one that’ll get absolutely insufferable as you make it to the end of the second world with little in the way of anything impressive. The game works, and the concept is simple, but sometimes simplicity can be overdone, and that’s exactly what happened here.

Gravity Duck falls absolutely short in all its sections, with the feeling that implementing certain things could have made for a much better game, but they are not implemented and there was never any intention of doing so. Its lack of difficulty, its lack of playability and its very short duration make it necessary to think twice about paying for it.

Gravity Duck is a good entry level puzzle platformer and ideal for younger players as its not just the concept that’s simple, it doesn’t need a great level of skill for you to breeze through.
