The original Moto Rush GT was something of a sleeper gem on the Switch for me when it came out. It was very much a "well this is fun concept, so what the heck" kinda of blind buy, but it wound up being a great game to dip in and out of. The goal there was to have a first-person view on a motorcycle and zoom through traffic and the sequel amps things up a bit by changing up the environments. Moto Rush Reborn blends the best of classic arcade games with a modern-day twist.
The original game was more full of cityscapes and featured risky driving rewards that honestly evoked SEGA classics more than one might imagine. You had near-misses replicating Crazy Taxi's new-misses and the first-person view is something that added to the presentation. Normally, I find a cockpit view to be tricky in racing games and prefer to have the camera behind the car to judge depth easier, but both the original and the sequel put the camera in just the right spot to where it's easy to tell where you are in relation to objects, even with things like sliding needing more pinpoint accuracy....
