D-Topia is a thought-provoking puzzle adventure set in a seemingly perfect AI-controlled society. As Facility Mechanic No. 046, you solve puzzles, build relationships, and help residents face difficult moral dilemmas. Behind its relaxing routines and charming visuals lies a deeper story about empathy, freedom, imperfection, and what it truly means to be human.

Black Flag Resynced proves that even after more than a decade, Edward Kenway's adventure can still feel fresh, exciting, and unforgettable. Ubisoft didn't simply remaster Black Flag, they reimagined it with modern gameplay while preserving everything that made the original unforgettable. Few remakes manage to honor their source material while making it feel completely new. Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced does exactly that, delivering the definitive way to experience one of the franchise's greatest adventures. The result is a pirate adventure that's every bit as magical today as it was over a decade ago.

Despite its flaws, I enjoyed my over 50 hours with Echoes of Aincrad. It is an easy recommendation for fans of the franchise and a cautious recommendation for people who enjoy action JRPGs and are looking for an MMO feeling. Developer Game Studio Inc. created a solid foundation that they can hopefully build upon in the DLC or a sequel covering the higher floors of Aincrad.

The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales is a huge surprise. In times when The Legend of Zelda goes open-world sandbox and the Ys series becomes more and more JRPG, a classic action-adventure in the vein of The Legend of Zelda and Secret of Mana is truly welcome. With 30 to 50 hours, depending on how much you explore the world of Philabieldia and its clever time travel mechanic and urge to explore, The Legend of Elliot earns its place among the classics.

Voidling Bound is a third person sci-fi action adventure game in which you play as a Space Wrangler, controlling and evolving alien creatures known as Voidlings to combat a galactic infection threatening humanity. The game focuses on collecting, mutating, and extensively customizing your Voidlings, while combining missions, combat, and progression across a variety of planets. Although some missions can feel repetitive, the combat, the Voidlings' design, and the countless ways to upgrade and enhance them make for an engaging experience.

Yerba Buena is one of the smartest and most refreshing first-person puzzle games I’ve played in years, turning world manipulation into a mechanic that feels genuinely original. It constantly challenges the way you think, rewards creativity, and proves that great puzzle design doesn’t need a massive budget to leave a lasting impression.

Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition on Switch 2 stands as a complete JRPG package that successfully blends a strong main story, a solid expansion, and a fast, engaging combat system into one super-fun experience, even if the DLC never quite reaches the emotional peak of the original adventure. This remains the best evolution of the Tales of series so far, which Switch 2 owners should not miss.

Directive 8020 thrives on paranoia, constantly making you question who is still human aboard the Cassiopeia. While Supermassive Games is still experimenting with its new third-person systems, the result is one of the studio’s boldest, most cinematic, and surprisingly immersive sci-fi horror experiences to date.

Bubsy 4D feels like a chaotic love letter to old-school platformers, blending exaggerated humour, nostalgic PS1/PS2-style visuals, and constantly shifting mechanics into something deliberately messy yet strangely cohesive. It may not always be polished, but its charm and playful energy make it a memorable, endearing return for a franchise that thrives on controlled chaos and silly jokes.

Luna Abyss blends fast, chaotic combat with heavy platforming and evolving traversal abilities, while the game pushes you deeper into a biomechanical world filled with secrets.
