A fun game with some updates that make it feel incredibly smooth compared to the original version. Light on the challenge, but large on character, the game is still worth playing.
While it's too short to call epic, it's an excellent fantasy adventure. Just don't expect fun combat or a deep story.
Peril on Gorgon tells a dark and mature story that kept me enthralled once the ball got rolling. The asteroid itself is a fun area to explore and is rather sizable. The only downsides were the few side quests and underwhelming armor and weapons.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 is a must buy for THPS fans, and an incredible entry point for those new to the franchise. Even if you're not a fan of skateboarding it's hard not to have fun working towards campaign goals.
Star Renegades takes a familiar genre and story but alters them dramatically with unique combat systems.
Divorced from its original chaotic development, Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning feels like a remix of old gaming trends that are pleasant, if a bit generic.
Marvel's Avengers has a great campaign that is held back by a repetitive multiplayer aspect.
There's some issues with the cumbersome platforming and exploration, but the vaporwave feel and overall writing make Pradise Killer a groovy, memorable title.
Cinders attempts a modern, feminist take on the classic fairy tale but poor writing and uninspired art leave it smothered in the ashes.
Super Bomberman R Online is a pretty classic Bomberman experience, despite missing some power-ups. Just make sure you enjoy battle royale mode or you're going to have a bad time.
Unbelievable campaign coupled with competitive multiplayer make Iron Harvest an old world hit.
Jenny LeClue - Detectivu won't trouble even detective novices, but its sweet-natured world and strong writing see it through.
Windbound loses its potential in getting bogged down by unbalanced survival mechanics that distract from it's best features.
No Straight Roads is a music-based boss rush basher with a fun cast and great soundtrack. Despite a few control issues and a rather small base game, there's obviously a lot of heart present.
AWE builds on the best parts of Control to deliver a gorgeous and terrifying survival horror experience.
Spiritfarer is a deeply personal management game that forces players to care about their passengers and come to terms with the fact that everyone dies.
Raji: An Ancient Epic manages to bring a distinctly Indian perspective to a conventional action-adventure spectacle.
Gorgeous visuals don't quite make up for innacurate and clunky platforming.
Lovingly Evil has great characters and a genuinely funny script, but this is a dating-sim that could have benefited from more dating.
The Ambassador: Fractured Timelines is not a bad game, but it is dreadfully boring.
