Iratus: Lord of the Dead is dark, grim and great fun. It's not perfect but it provides an interesting spin on gameplay that will keep players interested for many runs.
Whilst the opening hours suffer from a lack of communication, SnowRunner is an excellent and rewarding vehicle simulation.
While Disaster Report 4 is a very stiff and jerky game, it is at least entertaining. Just don't try to play it twice.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is beautiful, a ton of fun, and manages to bring one of the jRPG classics up to modern standards with few issues.
Pong Quest brings back fond memories of Atari's roots, but this simplistic package doesn't have the depth or complexity to stun modern audiences.
WUO is a fantastic digital capture of the incredible physical game. It blends deck building with great turn-based action. The current online experience isn't perfect, and unless playing friends directly, does require some perseverance.
Lost Words: Beyond the Page is a beautiful game, with a touching and meaningful plot, engaging gameplay and gorgeous visuals. A few technical glitches cannot stop this brilliant game.
A Fold Apart is a stellar story-driven game with intuitive new mechanics and fun puzzles to solve.
A colorful squad-based strategy game with a focus on physics-based combat that's held back by a lack of hero variety.
The hard science aspects of being a marine biologist aren't sexy or fun, but they make for an interesting and completely unique experience.
KARDS is an extremely thematic WWII digital CCG with some great strategy elements around the frontline mechanic. Each faction feels unique and offers its own challenges. F2P is entirely possible and offers a rewarding experience in building up your own card pool.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is a fantastic update to one of the best FPS campaigns of all time
Granblue Fantasy: Versus is a delightful spin-off from the mobile game, accessible for beginners and fun for veterans of the fighting genre, though the limited roster and lack of genre innovations are drawbacks.
It's no reinvention of the wheel, but Resident Evil 3 is a satisfactory survival horror game nonetheless. Despite some wobbles and a sense of victory-lap complacency, RE3 has just enough intriguing moments to survive.
Moons of Madness delivers an intriguing and terrorizing story of Shane Newehart stranded in Mars, where he walks on a thin line between reality and fiction. Once you overlook its shortcomings, the game makes a solid case for itself as one of the best Lovecraftian titles.
Dripping with atmosphere and filled with replayablility, Shinsekai: Into The Depths is possibly the best thing to come out of Apple Arcade yet.
Roundguard's genre innovations are novel, but they fail to distract from poor roguelike progression and a general lack of depth. It's a whimsical arcadey diversion, but not much more than that.
Control - The Foundation is just more Control. That's not a bad thing at all if you liked Control, and it's not worth coming back for if you didn't.
Bleeding Edge is a polished team-based brawler. Ninja Theory took on user feedback from the betas to improve gameplay and, with more content already announced, Bleeding Edge looks to have enough depth to pour countless hours into.
The Complex attempts to fuse Bandersnatch and Until Dawn and fails abysmally. Meaningless decision-making about characters that are impossible to care about makes what could have been a boring movie actively bad.
