Rocketbirds 2: Evolution is a good way to spend some time. Simple but fun. Combat combined with its co-op mode make the game a solid title. However, the games wonky aiming system and the visuals catering to handheld gaming makes me rate the game lower than it should be.

The story-telling in this game is actually really beautiful, and it'll always hold a special place in my heart (it'll also always remind me that a great story doesn't always really have to have a happy ending. Rather, a great story is when everything said would make sense, and that everything in it would teach you a lesson after the story's been done). Although some may have a lot more questions as to what happened to this part, of if that part really ended that way, it seems to me that the game has proven its point, and that it succeeded in delivering on what it intended to deliver.

Telltale makes the best stories when it comes to the The Walking Dead series. Not only that, they managed to also keep up with their other titles. Michonne isn’t an exception from that, either. The game was action-packed, decision-packed (pun intended), touching and even heart-breaking. It is also full of twists (as always, Telltale. As always), so it really got me on the edge of my seat. The game surely, well, made sure that the player would be interested, from the very start, until the very end.

8 / 10.0 - Battleborn
May 8, 2016

BATTLEBORN delivers the fun factor and all-around humor that you can get from a game. You can ditch the Story Mode and hop on the multiplayer side as that's where the game really shines. Despite its lack of a better narrative, the stability of the game's server, and its fun multiplayer concept can surely reel you in to get the game. Are you now ready to haul-ass and nuke some newbs?

I personally love the idea about how the developers used this instead of showing us what has happened during the apocalypse, since it adds more drama to the game. The game showcases each character's trait, depending on what predicament they're in. The idea of "how the people would react/feel about the tragedy" is certainly the strongest point in this game. The gameplay's simple feel makes it a bit boring and lackluster, though, since you can't run and there aren't really any other mechanics present in the game, but you won't be able to deny that the game's story would most certainly be aesthetic.

With its most compelling story, great soundtrack, improved AI and gameplay, and its glorious graphics, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is a game that gives you a fascinating ending story of Nathan Drake's final adventure and an immersive cinematic experience unlike any other adventure game out there. If you own a PS4, don't miss out what Uncharted 4 has to offer!

8 / 10.0 - ecotone
May 17, 2016

Players who’re into platformer games which you can speed run like Megaman, might not find this to be their cup of tea. You have to plan out your approaches on each stage, you have to pay attention to details and hints or else you’ll die a repetitive and frustrating death. These are stages you can’t blindly rush and if you do, you’ll find yourself stuck in a stage longer than you should have been. Nonetheless Ecotone is definitely a satisfying platformer, enough for me to give it an 8/10.

5 / 10.0 - My Night Job
May 22, 2016

Overall I rate the game a 5, not because the game wasn’t fun which it is but because this is a game that is clearly more at home as a mobile title rather than a console title. As a console title, it feels lacking and weak. If it was a mobile game I’d score the game a solid 7.

9.5 / 10.0 - Enter the Gungeon
May 23, 2016

Enter the Gungeon may seem too hard of a game to enjoy and may drive off a lot of gamers, but it's definitely on the top list for us. For one, the level of challenge it poses might be too high but the players are rewarded accordingly. It is a good time-killer because every run is just as fast-paced and action-packed as the last one, be it just a few minutes short or a full run of around an hour.

9 / 10.0 - Doom
May 25, 2016

Putting aside the bad multiplayer mode and experience, DOOM was fun at best! It was fast-paced, and it was satisfying – that glory kill move on Baron of Hell was awesome. Graphics surely caught my attention. The world of Hell and Mars in DOOM is one place that every hardcore first-person shooter lovers would get into all over and over again. It was surely, again, enjoyable, and it didn't disappoint me at all.

10 / 10.0 - Overwatch

But even with the admittedly enjoyable boss fights, all the letdowns of Mutants in Manhattan gave me an impression that this was just another rushed game. The mechanics were simple to understand; but it surely lacked the local co-op mode, and missing the satisfying achievement that each hack n' slash / beat 'em up game should always have.

Tastee: Lethal Tactics, it is tasty and lives up to the game being lethal. A game that fits into being a case of hard fun, and rewards those with a lot of patience and clairvoyance.

7.5 / 10.0 - Infinium Strike
May 31, 2016

To sum it up, Infinium Strike still has some more things that needs some improvement. It’s not that far from being polished and there’s still more than a month before it officially goes out. That’s an awful lot more time so we can expect for more things to come such as other game modes and probably an additional upgrade mechanics. For now, we’ll give it a generous rating for being a challenging game in its current state and for having the potential of being a better game.

8 / 10.0 - Tree of Savior
Jun 2, 2016

So in the end, is Tree of Savior a worthy successor to Ragnarok Online? Being made by the same minds who worked on Ragnarok, Tree of Savior manages to improve on a ton of gameplay aspects while preserving a lot of it’s spiritual predecessor’s charm. There are still plenty of aspects the game needs catching up on such as a more fleshed out guild system, better trade, and class rebalancing, but again, players can look forward to more content in the future as the game has just recently left beta. While it’s an enjoyably addicting online experienced, the game still has plenty of space it needs to grow into.

7 / 10.0 - Wave of Darkness
Jun 2, 2016

Despite the performance and balance issues, the game had frequent updates after the November release. You can't expect an indie game to be perfect. Heck, even AAA games also have their own issues in fair view. I understand Dreamatrix' Game Dev's are aware of this as they frequently listen to the Steam Community. Perhaps soon they might add more features and at the same balance the character NPC stats. And lastly, fully optimizing the game would be the last one I'd like the devs to add. So for now, as long as you can tolerate the issues, this game can be playable and enjoyable. I enjoyed it and intend to play for as long as I can.

Disappointingly, the game didn’t offer much of a new style in gameplay in this episode. There are similar challenges on how you take out your targets, and only a few new “challenges” were featured in Marrakesh which makes it repetitive and lacks new features. Hitman – Episode 3: Marrakesh might be an episode not worthy to remember for others who were impressed with Paris and Sapienza.

5 / 10.0 - Shadwen
Jun 13, 2016

Shadwen tries too hard to be more interesting by adding in more gimmicks, but because of how they didn’t really work well together to make a cohesive stealth experience, and are mired with how badly they were implemented, the game itself just ends up feeling like an incoherent mess. The game has potential, but it fails to live up to any of the features it tries to advertise. So many other games do it’s individual gimmicks better so you’re better off playing them since Shadwen does not do a very good job of combining said gimmicks together.

In conclusion, while the game has flaws most of which stem from a cluttering of systems being placed into the game. The immersive crafting experience and colorful characters still makes it an enjoyable experience. If the player doesn’t care much for combat and prefers a crafting experience Sophie will be a truly good title to have in one’s library.
