For the twentieth episode in the series, Project Aces could have gone even further in using the concepts that had made the success of the series. What Ace Combat 7 does, it does it correctly and slightly better than before, but most of the time, the player is a a bit frustrated not to be able to go further. Same idea with the VR mode, that features only 3 little missions when we expected to play the whole game with a PSVR helmet.

This Switch version is a correct port of the original mobile game, but we strongly recommend you play it on its original platform.

With this new Switch port, The Office Quest might find a new audience : with this very fun parody of a splenetic and standardised office space, 11 Sheep's point'n click delivers a universal message. Fun and caustic all the way, The Office Quest still suffers from a strong classicism that will make it a short trip for the genre veterans.

7 / 10 - Ashen

Ashen is a good Dark Souls like but it's open world feature is it's weakness.

4 / 10 - Vane
Jan 17, 2019

Initially intriguing by his artistic direction, mysterious in its final, and even if it has the good idea to offer the happiness of being a bird, Vane goes from meditative to painful far too fast, served by a technique too much weak in regard to its size and a lack of sensation, which it does not manage to tie the bottom and the form of its experiment.

The disappointment is up to the punk, idiotic and meta fun that the first two No More Heroes provided. Admiring the independent scene that has revolutionized the video game in recent years, Suda51 gives the impression of having missed the hype train with this new, painful game.

Back in 2001, when Onimusha Warlords first came out, it was a real step forward in the beat'em all genre. Eighteen years later, despite its laughable lenght, the joy of discovery remains the same, especially when it comes to its stunning art direction and the simpleness of its gameplay mechanics. Now, we can only hope for further adaptations of the Onimusha saga.

Broken Toys is a fine and quite interesting episode. There's tension, action, heatbreaking moments, good characters development and a lot of question that hopefully will find answers in a few weeks.

This DLC comes at the right time for Two Point Hospital, if you've already played it in all directions and if you have three stars on all your hospitals. You must be aware that it is primarily for those who already likes the title of Two Point Studios. Those will not discover major novelties, but a graphic adaptation that sticks to the winter season with the Bigfoot and thirty specific diseases with their new treatments. The three new hospitals to manage (it's a little light) require an adaptation that is not so different from the basic principles. The developers could have been more daring to change the gamers habits a little bit more. In return, we always find the good taste of English humor. "Bigfoot" will not have enough content to keep us going all winter long. We can already count on the next DLC of spring or summer to take us to the beach.

Ultimate Fishing Simulator is a great way to start virtual fishing on PC. It is one of the most beautiful games of its kind, if not the most beautiful. We regret a perfectible tutorial and sometimes insufficient helps, but the online component always help to find someone to give you a hand. If you throw your line on Steam for a fishing game, feel free to try UFS.

Ten years after the original, Mario & Luigi's third adventure makes a great come bakc, thanks to its graphic renewal and the addition of a new campaign, once again staring Bowser Jr. Whether you already played the game or not, this reedition of one of the best episodes the series delivers should definitively be worth your time.

Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition is a good reedition, with a small amount of bonus content. In 2019, the game is still pretty enjoyable.

Battle Princess Madelyn tries to deliver a new twist to the old Ghosts'n Goblins formula. Unfortunately, its broken level design forbids Causal Games hommage to reach the same heights as Arthur's adventure. With no clues on what to do or where to go, even players looking for a tough challenge will only consider the arcade mode worthy of interest, if they want to enjoy the game's gorgeous graphics and art direction.

Kingdom Two Crowns is a little jewel. A pleasure in terms of exploration, survival and management that can be fully played in cooperation. The game has a splendid artistic direction and an extraordinary sound atmosphere. Almost dreamlike. Too bad the game looks more like a New Lands DLC than a real new episode.

8 / 10 - In Death
Dec 29, 2018

In Death is a VR roguelite game where you explore randomly generated level and shoot at your ennemies with a bow or a crossbow. The feeling is great with 2 PS Move, and also easy to play with a pad. A great game to discover, with a great universe, but no narration.
