Although there are some improvements and on PS5 4K and 60 fps laps, Mortal Shell Enhanced Edition continues to maintain some of the critical issues already encountered during the review last August. The fluidity is satisfying, but there are still imbalances between classes that can facilitate the conduction of the game. Ys IX is probably a step back if directly compared to Lacrimosa of Dana, due to the uneven balance between action and story, but it's still a very solid JRPG, graced by a fast paced combat system.
