4.4 / 5.0 - Hell Is Us
Sep 10, 2025

Hell Is Us isn’t a flawless game. The combat is underwhelming, the enemy variety is lacking, and many of you may be frustrated by its refusal to hold your hand. But those flaws are outweighed by what it does so well. The exploration, puzzles, atmosphere, and handling of its themes—war and the supernatural—combine into something unique.

3.2 / 5.0 - Shuten Order
Sep 7, 2025

There are a lot of things that SHUTEN ORDER does that are too much for some visual novels, but it works. It gives you a big, bold, and stylish experience by combining five different types of stories into one murder mystery. Some of the mechanics don’t hold up to close inspection, but the story hooks, smart writing, and stunning presentation more than make up for it.

Hollow Knight: Silksong isn’t just a follow-up; it’s a step forward. Team Cherry improved almost every part of a well-known independent classic, including the fighting, movement, world design, and progression, without taking away any of the game’s charm or mystery that made it famous in the first place.

The Order of Giants epitomizes what a DLC should be. An incredible gaming experience, rather than a simple cash grab. This DLC is, as they say nowadays, absolute cinema. It felt good to reprise the role of Indy and enter a brand-new adventure that brings immersion to a whole new level.

3 / 5.0 - Metal Eden
Sep 4, 2025

METAL EDEN is an intense independent shooter that is fast-paced, interesting, and beautiful to look at. The story isn’t very clear, and the fighting can get in the way of the story sometimes, but that’s not a big deal when the gameplay is this fun.

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is a triumph in reviving a classic franchise. It balances old-school nostalgia with modernity, offering a game that’s truly a coming-of-age experience. Some features do miss the mark, but for those willing to join in on a nostalgia party, you have our invitation.

2 / 5.0 - Lost Soul Aside
Sep 2, 2025

Lost Soul Aside is a flashy, ambitious action RPG with stunning music and thrilling boss encounters, but its shallow progression, uneven visuals, and repetitive combat hold it back. A game of passion, yes, but not the masterpiece many expected.

2.9 / 5.0 - The Knightling
Sep 1, 2025

The Knightling is a touching adventure that is built on exploration, movement, and the bond between a hero and his shield. The environment of the story pushes people to explore at every chance, and the tale strikes a good balance between silly adventures and the mystery of Sir Lionstone’s fate. Shield-surfing and nimble mobility mechanics are two of the most fun ways to go about in recent memory.

The Nameless: Slay Dragon is a suitable choice for fans of independent role-playing games, tabletop adaptations, and players who enjoy tactical combat and making meaningful choices. It costs about $17.99 and has multiple endings. For completists, there may be 100 hours of material. You can have a lot of fun with this if you don’t mind randomness and dice-based chaos.

2 / 5.0 - Varlet
Aug 30, 2025

Although VARLET has potential, its focus on repetitive tasks, excessive chit-chatting, and uninspired combat prevents it from being enjoyable in any significant way. In this instance, VARLET might be best enjoyed as a manga or anime, as you can at least jump to the important sections.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater manages to recapture the essence of 2004’s original, and it’s a remake that both original and new fans of the Metal Gear Solid series will be proud of. I believe that a large portion of the motivation behind this remake was to appeal to newer fans who aren’t familiar with the Metal Gear franchise, and I can assure you that you’ll love this classic.

2.8 / 5.0 - Dungeon Stalkers
Aug 26, 2025

Dungeon Stalkers is a game that looks great, plays well enough to keep you engaged, and could become a staple in the PvPvE space if the developers continue to fine-tune combat and maybe lessen monetization. For now, it’s a rocky start, but Dungeon Stalkers has laid the foundation for future success here, but if the mistakes persist, the game also may succumb to a dungeon of obscurity.

Given Space Adventure Cobra – The Awakening’s budget they have worked with, we can cut Magic Pockets some slack for some of the game’s shortcomings. The story campaign offers approximately twelve hours of content, with side missions and unlockables adding to its replay value.

4.3 / 5.0 - Sword of the Sea
Aug 22, 2025

Sword of the Sea proves that games can be art. It is a stunning and captivating experience. Where at times the plot may fall short, the grandiosity of the world really does the heavy lifting. It encapsulates everything Sword of the Sea, or for that matter, Giant Squid stands for: art. It is safe to say that this game is a win for its art itself.

The Rogue Prince of Persia has exciting movement, tight fighting, and runs that you can play again and again. It respects your time while daring you to take risks. Even though there isn’t much of a story and the unlockables could be more fun, the joy of chaining wall runs into perfect strikes makes up for this.

4.5 / 5.0 - OFF
Aug 19, 2025

OFF is still striking to look at. Blending muted backgrounds with bursts of bright color for a surreal effect, the pixel art strikes a good mix between being simple and easy to remember. OFF adds small changes like smoother animations, particle trails that follow the Batter, and the widescreen mode with dynamic frames that we already talked about.

Lone Wolf makes players care about Buddy Boris’s situation, giving them an experience that is both exciting and emotional. People who like survival horror, especially those who are interested in the Bendy world, will get lost in the Ink World and have to look for things, hide, and hope they can get out one more time.
