I Expect You To Die 2 is a very hilarious VR puzzle game that doesn't quite have much competition. It offers beautiful graphics, quality level design, great controls and rich interaction with the environment. Unfortunately the game time is quite short, most of the time you'll be trying to return to the point where you died, and even then the game can be finished within two hours. Fortunately, the game offers additional challenges, so even after successfully finishing the game you will be motivated to revisit the levels and complete all the tasks that await you. A big detriment is the lack of subtitles, which make the game a bit difficult to play for not very proficient English speakers, as you have to rely only on your hearing to understand the instructions.

GRID (2019) unfortunately didn't live up to what was expected of it as a reboot of the franchise. A great racing franchise, the new installment kills off a mostly boring and lengthy career with minimal content, where the truncation of the racing modes is a rather significant step backwards. Even the revolutionary Nemesis system and the great driving model can't make up for the shortcomings that the GRID series reboot has brought.

Succubus With Guns isn't a bad title, it's just a bit neglected. The developers themselves present the game as something it really isn't. There is no story, no skill upgrades or anything of the sort. It's not even possible to change the appearance of the character itself. Your only task is to kill demons and enter a teleport that will take you to another arena - this is repeated over and over again. The game doesn't even offer you any reasons to continue.

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is a very solidly crafted turn-based strategy game that the developers have clearly put some thought into. The storyline set in the world of W40K may be a bonus for many, but in principle it shouldn't be an insurmountable obstacle for those who aren't interested in the universe and just want to play an action turn-based game. In a sense, ignorance of the universe can also be an advantage, as I'm personally not a fan of its current direction and the game's story is literally on a nerve. Despite this initial negativity on my part, I was ultimately enthralled by the game and was able to stay away from it for the duration of my playthrough. There would be some minor flaws, such as when models of killed air units would occasionally be left hanging in the air, but I didn't notice any major technical issues. The graphics of the game are very good and the soundtrack also suited my taste. Moreover, considering the lower purchase price, I can recommend it despite minor reservations.

Black Skylands, meanwhile, is showing off its open world of endless clouds in the Early Access, with danger lurking around every corner. Pull your muscles out of your bag and go liberate the islands, or stay at base and tend to your home. The title brings with it incredible freedom, beautiful visuals, addictive gameplay, a lust to discover more of Aspy's beauty and a curiosity to see what lurks in the dangerous Storm. While the gunfights can be a little cumbersome, and so can the airship steering, it's nothing the developers haven't worked on before the full game's release.

Even though I'm not a card game player. Neoverse really impressed me with its look and the fact that it's not that challenging. It's definitely easy to master. The three beautiful heroines take you through a large number of fights and you won't want to stop once you get into playing. Neoverse is quite an addictive game. So, chop chop, assemble the deck and off you go.

Wintermoor Tactics Club is an interesting tactical game with an intricate story, well-drawn characters and plenty of challenges. Play Lord of the Cave, write stories for your friends, and most importantly, survive high school unscathed as danger lurks at every turn. For me, the sometimes unnecessarily long and boring conversations, coupled with the impression of unfinished backgrounds and the inability to restart the whole attempt during a conflict, slightly spoil the overall impression of an otherwise fun turn-based game.

Alekon definitely has a lot to offer when it comes to graphics. Gameplay-wise, however, the game is repetitive and uninteresting, which doesn't necessarily mean you won't enjoy it. For the casual gamer, this game can be very entertaining, but the more demanding gamer will have minimal fun. Overall, Alekon is recommended for younger audiences.

Dex is an awesome Czech platformer from cyberpunk environment with a touch of Deus Ex. In the beginning the game had a few bugs, but these have long since been fixed, and thanks to the Czech dubbing it is a really good choice for all lovers of the genre. This is a hilarious old-school RPG that immerses you with its non-linear story and a variety of side quests.

Honey, I Joined a Cult is a good tycoon game that really puts you in the chair for a long time. We can only hope that the developers don't give up on it and add more additional content. This title has a real potential to catch up with much better games, such as the aforementioned Prison Architect.

Grand Tactician: The Civil War (1861-1865) is a very good strategy game that offers a unique insight into the war of the North against the South. The game has many great strategic elements, both in terms of the battle interface, as well as logistics and economics. In addition, it includes politics and the subsequent impact on overall morale. However, it is a rather difficult strategy, not so much because of the tactical and battle circumstances, but rather because of the need to learn and master the game mechanisms and elements. The user interface could definitely be friendlier and more intuitive. If you are a strategy lover, GCTW is the obvious choice for you. However, if you're just starting out with strategy or are a casual RTS player, you'd better reach for another, lighter game, because at least at first you'll be rather unhappy with GTCW.

The Survivalists has its flaws - despite the lengthy crafting system and sometimes unnecessarily difficult guessing what the game actually wants from you, it is a pretty good sandbox survival title. I would recommend this game to more than one survivalist and monkey. So if you're a fan of the genre and preferably have another friend on hand to go along with you, The Survivalist is at least worth a try. I give the title a 6/10, as it has its flaws and there is still room for improvement.

The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante manages to perfectly combine RPG elements with the visual novel genre, creating an experience you'll want to relive again and again. The story is based on well-written characters and a sophisticated, gritty world. Minuses in the form of poor dubbing and the game's difficulty do spoil the overall feel, but the quality gameplay and thrilling narrative make this a worthy piece of gameplay that you can easily spend dozens of hours with.

Monster Sanctuary falls into the category of games that take inspiration from the world of Pokémon. In this case, however, inspiration has succeeded where others have failed. The game offers honestly crafted mechanics and skills of various monsters that you can really win with. You just have to be patient, learn the game mechanics and figure out what to expect from which monster.

RiMS Racing is an absolutely unique affair, which will suit especially fans of racing simulators, who are not afraid of new challenges. Realistic physics combining repair and tuning of your machine has succeeded to the first place, and if it weren't for a few unnecessary fouls, I could describe RiMS Racing as a really great game. However, the aforementioned flaws bring the title to its knees, especially the AI and the ever-repetitive circuits. If you happen to be a newcomer to the genre and would like to get RiMS Racing, prepare yourself for long hours of nerves and the fact that the game won't give you anything for free. It makes every success you achieve all the more delicious. For me, seven out of ten.

The Slater is a relatively short game that has a decent design for a low price. It takes about five hours to play through, but you definitely only need to play the game once and you won't want to come back to it. There are a number of better titles out there where the stealth is perfected and you'll really enjoy the game.

Fun, crazy and thrilling - these three words accompanied me throughout the whole game. Good level design, funny characters and silly physics are features iconic to Gang Beasts. The great thing about the game is that you can't tell if it's a bug, because nothing surprises you here anymore. Just release more frequent updates with a new map and some skins and the game can live and entertain for a while longer.

The developers from Bend Studio managed to process the story of Days Gone in an original way. Unfortunately, the only interesting and innovative element of the game is the fight with the horde, and that's damn little. Every time the game starts to lift you out of your chair with something interesting, it immediately has to spoil it with something. The imbalance in important parts is so obvious here that it ruins the overall impression. Days Gone is a completely average title that will find its fans, but I'm afraid that the developers bet on the certainty of a second part so much that they didn't want to put all the aces they had ready for the second part into the game. And it's a shame, this could have been an excellent game that could have easily had two more sequels.

If you love building and tinkering your creations to perfection and have no problem spending hours on it, then Spellcaster University is tailor-made for you. Fans of the wizarding education system (I guess it doesn't matter which universe) will be equally excited to try out what it's like to sit in Dumbledore's chair at Spellcaster University. The purchase price of around €20 is a bit high due to the simplicity of the game, but the graphics are compensated by the great gameplay, which simply draws you in and immerses you.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is clearly one of the best RPGs in its category. The game offers an engaging story, a large and elaborate game world with a wide variety of playable classes, interesting NPC characters and monsters, all in a beautiful graphic design. Most of the initial bugs have already been successfully fixed or are being worked on. If you can get over the sometimes weaker AI of your companions (which you can nevertheless control yourself), there's nothing stopping you from embarking on a grand adventure and enjoying the world and the entire Pathfinder universe in all its glory.
