Team Gotham has crafted a stylish and mood appropriate horror game which is over all too soon.
Mechanically, the gameplay feels tight and I did not have any issues with the camera or sneaking around.
Awesomenauts Overdrive adds more characters to an already expansive list of mercenaries and continues to evolve the combat and tactical depth the 2D MOBA offers.
With enough content to keep players busy for a long time, and a support plan from Ubisoft that should see the shelf life extend long past just the release window, you'll likely be playing The Division for a while.
These grappling exchanges typically end up being intense affairs that go down to the wire before someone either escapes or taps out like Mystic Mac.
That's just one of the many things that make The ABC Murders feel unpolished and a bit rough around the edges.
Boasting clear inspiration from great titles such as The Legend of Zelda and Silent Hill, it’s all packed into a terrifying RPG puzzle game.
Visually, Ori and The Blind Forest scores high marks. The level design is beautiful as the colours pop from the screen and art design is equally fantastic.
Crate Entertainment should be applauded for not only pulling off making a fun and deeply satisfying game, but recreating the feel of an old-school isometric RPG with its own personality.
The Deponia series’ trademark cheeky humor is back in spades this time around.
While the art style is creative, it just isn’t very nice to look at.
For what the game has to offer, it’s a solid entry in the Samurai Warriors series, but should be seen as complimentary to Samurai Warriors 4 and 4-II.
The strong point of Teslagrad is the creative direction of their hand-crafted world. The art style is charmingly cartoonish and colours appear vibrant but dreary when it needs to be.
As I've already stated, Galactic Civilizations III is a must have for fans of the genre. The Mercenaries expansion adds to the already great game with new races to play with, new campaigns to conquer and new ways to dominate the galaxy.
The presentation and set pieces are terrific and one of the best parts of the game. Within each level you'll see a lovely variety of enemies and backgrounds.
The music in Zheros is an upbeat, light dubstep, very suitable for what it is, but in the end it is only one song on repeat, an apt summary of the entire game.
Disney Interactive's latest game isn't a substitute for Tron 3, but it sure is fun while it lasts.
Even when you get past the halfway point with people dying, and resources draining, there’s no tension because you’ve done everything you can, and you’re just hopping that the next planet or ship you stumble upon has something of use.
With so many skins, strong cast of characters (classic and new), stunning visuals, variety of modes and lively online community, Mortal Kombat XL delivers the ultimate Mortal Kombat game for fans to enjoy.
Each enemy is surprisingly challenging, making fights a lot more calculated than you'd expect out of a title that has its roots in the mobile game industry.
