302 / 5,000 It's nice to relive the beginnings of the long-running The Sims franchise, and we hope the flaws in these two collections are corrected. Even more so, we're eager to see what the near future holds with a fifth installment that won't be called that, but which, at the end of the day, will still be "The Sims 5" for fans.

We can't deny this feels like a thing of the past for new players. Its game modes aren't sufficient, and in the case of the entry mode, the quality of life options for the player are minimal. Despite this, aside from some netcode issues, for us Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. is a great gateway for those interested in SEGA's fighting game to be ready for the newly announced installment from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio.

This isn't a game for everyone. Its relentless realism, slow pace, and mechanical complexity will demand patience. But for those looking for a mature RPG, uncompromising in fantasy, it's a masterpiece. The technical advances compared to the first installment, the expansion of the world, and the narrative depth make this sequel a unique experience. It's not perfect—its excessive realism is its main difficulty—but its ambition and authenticity make it indispensable. This title, more than a realistic game, could very well be a history lesson.

It offers a take on the classic and beloved match-3 game with a strong visual identity, but it doesn't take any mechanical risks. The story mode isn't anything special and lacks the option to play online, but its well-defined aesthetic, varied character designs, and relaxing tone could win it many fans.

While I certainly wanted more plants and puzzles, Botany Manor's short duration and relatively low difficulty are perfectly suited. It's a calm and enjoyable experience in a very colorful world that makes us reflect on the role of women in science and smile when we make a plant flower.

The Stone of Madness captivated me from the first few minutes with its wide variety of stealth options, mysterious plot, and excellent setting. Not even the annoying bugs I encountered and a few frustrating points I had to redo countless times made me hesitate to keep playing, but less patient gamers might be less tolerant of its difficulty.

There are no major additions beyond its visual update, maintaining Retro Studios' punishing difficulty level. It's still a challenging platformer that deserves to be completed to the fullest, but loading times and price may be deciding factors for potential buyers.

The hours I spent with Mika and the Witch's Mountain weren't many, but they were very enjoyable. What it lacks in mechanical depth, it makes up for with calming gameplay systems, a very relaxing setting, and a heartwarming anti-capitalist plot about community life. It's not a huge challenge or an epic adventure, but it's the comforting experience many of us need right now.

This classic is a product for die-hard JRPG fans—especially in our region. Its lack of Spanish localization, and its exploration and lack of NPC work mean that more modern players may struggle or unnecessarily prolong their adventure. However, Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is a testament to Falcom's boss design and features music that has managed to stand the test of time.

Freedom Wars Remastered offers thrilling Monster Hunter-style multiplayer action in an intriguing dystopian world, but the improvements over the original are mere cosmetic improvements. It feels dated in many ways, the missions can be repetitive, and its narrative undermines its seemingly revolutionary intentions. It's a good game, and we're glad it's been revived, but it doesn't offer anything special.

Perfectly reproduces the universe and the dynamics between the characters, which thanks to the excellent voice acting and musical atmosphere complement each other perfectly to make the player feel like they are in one of the films of the classic trilogy. Unfortunately, the game has some flaws, but despite this it is a game that you should definitely play and despite not having as much action as others in the genre, it has managed to quench our thirst for adventure that the lack of a new Uncharted has left.

This is the beginning of a new era for Atlus RPGs. Over the course of the 87 hours it took us to complete this adventure, we experienced amazing combats, explored a beautiful world and enjoyed the freedom that Studio Zero has given us players with the Archetypes. Additionally, the game immersed us in an epic story with multiple plot twists and a strong political message of unity, freedom, and understanding that we hope will resonate as strongly with you as it did with us.

Even after seeing the ending, we kept playing because we fell in love with Forspoken, its protagonist, its exciting combat, and the fun way we use magical parkour to navigate the world. It's true that the story isn't particularly original and progression seemed very slow at first, but we believe that many of the criticisms leveled at its dialogue and protagonist are unfounded. Frey is one of the most charismatic heroines we've played recently, and it's easy to empathize with her, even at her worst.
