Humour, endearing protagonist, aesthetically beautiful, animated levels and variety in the gameplay, Darwin’s Paradox will have only a few more or less blocking flaws according to your taste: one or two peaks of absurd difficulty in comparison to the rest of the game and boss fights that we would have liked to have and who, given the general tone, could have been beautiful experiences

Damon and Baby is a good little game quite nervous to the multitude of different enemies that you should not take as a Die & Retry. Here to die is to return to the title screen (which is a little tedious) and start again at its last backup. The characters are endearing, and the gameplay nice even if it could have been a little more fluid and nervous. Still the problems of cameras or hitboxes that, however, can not spoil a nice journey.

Apopia Sugar Coated Tale is a very friendly game with strong themes (depression, feeling of abandonment, loss of loved ones, and on a more explicit level, dictatorship). All worn by very friendly characters and a gameplay made of mini-games that change from table to board. A nice adventure to recommend.

Peregrino may arouse the indulgence of fans of the genre but not ours. Too bad the artistic direction was nice, to see if the patches rebalance a little bit.

Resident Evil Requiem gathers all the good ingredients of its predecessors to stick a few chills, in a horror atmosphere mastered from the first moments of the game. Although the title does not revolutionize anything in its mechanics and mechanics of play, it succeeds brilliantly in offering us a captivating experience from start to finish.

Kritter is a little success, a game that makes you want to return thanks to its pervasive humor throughout the adventure, whether in the dialogue, the bosses, or the narration. The challenges are very diverse from act to act, but there are still a few annoying bugs in the version tested, and a frustration that other games of this genre don't necessarily have when you get a game over that can be frustrating.

World of Warcraft: Midnight continues its trajectory. The hardcore gameplay elements remain the endgame content and the highest difficulty modes. Otherwise, it's a pleasant and peaceful stroll where you won't encounter many people, which is quite unusual for an MMORPG. It feels like playing the same game for 20 years, entering a cycle with a very established meaning: you grind to play, and then what ?

Pokémon Pokopia has managed to master the life simulation genre, delivering a complete and incredibly captivating gaming experience. Despite a somewhat lengthy start where the player is held a little too hand-holding, the game truly shines once you have complete freedom to dictate your play session. Between building, completing quests, exploring, and customizing, Pokopia proves engaging and, as your adventures unfold, utterly enchanting. And if Game Freak and Koei Tecmo decide to expand the game's content in the coming months, we'll have not only one of the games of the year, but one of the games to come. A new benchmark in the life simulation genre, it's a breath of fresh air for a franchise that sometimes struggles to reinvent itself.

City Hunter is really only for fans and those feeling nostalgic, who will likely prefer the physical version. This remaster includes the usual galleries, improved comfort, and bug fixes, but you can see everything in two hours. It received an 8/10 rating back then, but it's hard to give it a coherent score today. So, no rating for it, but enough information to give you an idea and help you make your decision.

Ride 6 is already the best 2-wheel driving experience that has been offered in years. What a pleasure to walk all these circuits on different motorcycles, offering changing, but always exhilarating, driving sensations. The move to the Unreal Engine 5 makes the experience all the more credible and immersive, with special care for each motorcycle. And we can only be satisfied with the RIDE Fest mode which allows game sessions far from being repetitive thanks to the permanent choice of races that we are offered. Ride 6 is positioned well as the reference of motorcycle games and we can only congratulate Milestone for the work accomplished.

Mario Tennis Fever is already presenting itself as a must-have in the Nintendo Switch 2 catalog. Nintendo and Camelot learned from their small mistakes of the previous opus, and managed to find a very good formula, with Dantesque content, a great variety in the match rules and playing conditions. As a result, we do not see the time pass and no monotony settles during our game session. Better still when we see that the challenge is at the rendezvous and that some opponents give us a hard time, especially in the Tours of the events. To have fun solo or multi, Mario Tennis Fever is one of the best options to date... if you are a fan of the yellow ball!

Nioh 3 gave me, throughout his adventure, the feeling of playing a Ghost of Yotei DarkSoulished. Nervous, twirling, he has not managed to get rid of his defects inherent in the equipment or his generosity in terms of personalization (powers, skills, blessings, preparations, ...). Consumables, items in general are too many if you do not have a fixed idea quickly enough. Technically a little in pain and with an open world facade, the lovers of the 2 will love the 3.

If you're looking to discover new Mega Evolution forms and catch brand-new Pokémon, while engaging in even more intense battles with some cool new attack patterns, then this DLC is for you. However, if you were hoping for a breath of fresh air and a completely new gameplay experience compared to the base game, you can look elsewhere. There's no new region to explore, and the city is simply a reflection of Lumiose City, which we've already explored extensively. And a story arc focused on the Pokémon saga that places even less emphasis on exploration isn't exactly the brightest idea.

Let's Sing 2026 has managed to improve the gameplay experience with a better interface that enhances readability and immersion in a karaoke session. The various game modes encourage solo or group singing, with a Career mode very similar to last year's, and a diverse song library that blends new artists with classic hits. Nevertheless, we hope that in the future, a hub will be available, bringing together all the titles from the franchise over the past decade, or even the last three or four years, so that a complete playlist is readily accessible and you don't have to search for and switch between different programs for a comprehensive experience, much like the ingenious solution offered by Just Dance.

Metroid Prime 4 Beyond lives up to the franchise. One might have feared that this long wait would end in disappointment, but that's not the case at all. On the contrary, we remain captivated by the quality of the game design, the care given to the music, the pacing and all the options available during boss fights, and the meticulous attention to detail in the puzzle-solving and exploration, which constantly challenge our minds. Of course, the Metroid style is unique and doesn't take the easy route we're used to, but the game offers a unique experience that shouldn't be missed.

Possessor(s) creates a disconnect when you hold the controller. There's a disconnect between what it seems to offer (adversity, atmosphere, powers) and its execution (the fluidity and frenetic nature of the gameplay). This near-dissonance makes it feel generic, like many games in this genre recently, though the atmosphere and aesthetics remain highly appealing.

Rooftops & Alleys is well-made, the animations are fluid, the tricks are well executed, but mastering it will take time. The sandbox aspect offers both a lot of freedom and too few objectives to guide us. A niche game for enthusiasts?

It's difficult to judge Football Manager 26 in the short term, as the game doesn't yet seem to be in its final version. Rest assured, the studio isn't abandoning its project and is releasing numerous patches to fix bugs and listen to its community. For our part, we can't ignore the difficulty in fully immersing ourselves in the game due to a completely new and initially disorienting interface, which almost diminishes the addictive quality we experienced in previous installments. We also wonder why certain features have been removed (the last day of the transfer window, on-field instructions, etc.), but we can't overlook the major additions for this 2026 edition, such as the integration of women's football with its specific characteristics, a new engine that makes a significant difference even if it still needs work, and the new tactical system that requires game plans both with and without the ball, promoting greater immersion. Ultimately, although it provides a pleasant gaming experience, we find a game that may not be ready like the big teams in the Champions League, that is to say, in February… Wait and see.

With Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake, Square Enix has succeeded in a delicate balancing act: modernizing two cornerstones of the JRPG genre without betraying their heritage. It's not without its flaws—the minimalist interface, some timid animations, and hints of old-school grinding recall the dated origins of these installments—but the rewrites, the enriched exploration, the revamped combat, and the polished presentation breathe new life into these classics. Supported by sumptuous art direction and a reorchestrated soundtrack that elevates every region explored, these remakes offer a respectful, accessible, and surprisingly generous return to the series' roots. An ideal compilation for rediscovering the foundations of the saga, or for understanding how Dragon Quest became one of the pillars of the JRPG genre.

Just Dance 2026 has taken a very positive turn with the reintegration of Camera mode. While still not perfect, once implemented, it eliminates the need to hold your smartphone. If the developers extend this feature to older choreographies via JD+, we'll rediscover incredible fun and freedom while dancing. In the meantime, we'll be happy with this crucial return for the community, and with a game mode that, while minor, is still welcome. In short, it's time to get back to dancing !
