If you have played the game back in 2010 with fond memories of it and you have 50 bucks to waste, then absolutely go for it as the game is as good as you remember it. But if you are on a budget, there are newer and better games you can spend your hard earned cash.
With its breathtaking visuals, engaging gameplay, and humorous storytelling, Immortals of Aveum is a truly enjoyable experience.
Ultimately, I found Fort Solis to be a gorgeous boring walking simulator. I respect it for what it achieves in terms of the insane production value, but I wish it featured some more engaging gameplay.
Viewfinder needs to be celebrated as one of the freshest, coolest and mind-blowing puzzle games that you've probably ever played.
On paper, Death or Treat should work. An action hack-and-slash rogue-lite 2D game with beautiful hand-drawn environments sounds cool, right? Unfortunately, a subpar gameplay experience and horrible performance make this a tough game to recommend.
The game’s attention to detail, immersive world-building, and engaging combat make Hogwarts Legacy a must-play for anyone looking to experience the magic of the wizarding world. I highly recommend playing this game.
Punching, bashing, slicing, dropkicking, and exploding virtual monsters have never looked and felt this beautiful, gory, brutal, and satisfying. Dead Island 2 is truly impressive and I highly recommend you play it.
Dredge is a delightful game that I easily recommend to anyone. In the start you might have to grind a little so that you can upgrade your ship, but once you’re over that wave, it’s smooth sailing.
Apart from some cutscene jank, Scars Above is still a fantastic new release that delivers a really great gaming experience.
Wanted: Dead is not a game for everyone. The tone is weirdly all over the place, the premise and writing are weird, voice acting is absolutely weird, but the gameplay is special. This is a love letter to hard as f*** PS2 era games and if you understand what that means, then this is definitely a game for you.
Fashion Police Squad is funky, quirky, and filled to the brim with fashion puns. Movement feels on point and the mini-puzzle-like design approach to gunplay keeps things interesting. All that makes it an easy game to recommend.
OmegaBot is an old-school-inspired action side-scroller that doesn't really scratch that itch.
Ship of Fools is such a great roguelike experience that will keep you hooked for a while. If you can though, set sail along with a friend as the game will be easier and a lot more fun.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is a monster of a game with a phenomenal campaign and fantastic multiplayer and well worth your hard earned cash.
Lately, we have gotten a lot of great hardcore first-person shooter games and I am happy to say that Isonzo is one of them.
The Company Man is a simple action sidescroller. Yes, you’ve probably played better games like this one, but the gorgeous art style and the whole corporate satire, make it somewhat stand out.
The new cast of characters and their interactions with each other is great and is, in my opinion, the best part of the game. As for the rest, if you’ve played the past games, you’ve probably seen and experienced everything else the game has to offer.
While the gunplay and abilities are fun and it looks absolutely stunning no matter what's happening on screen, I wish there was more to Bright Memory: Infinite and as such, it's tough to recommend to anyone.
Silt is a short experience set in a beautiful and creepy black and white underwater world, that doesn’t overstay its welcome. That’s a good thing cause the puzzle design is a little shallow.
Insurgency: Sandstorm is not for everyone. But if it hooks you, if you like a true hardcore military shooter, this might be one of the best games you will ever play.
