If you don’t mind forking out for a spooky experience that you’ll complete in an evening and then perhaps never think about again, you could do a lot worse than Insomnis. It is genuinely unnerving at times, and its puzzles are rewarding to solve. It’s just a shame there isn’t more to it.

Betting on a success formula that involves horror and suspense, Insomnis presents an interesting narrative that works well in the art of causing scares and tension. Exploration and item collection play a key role in the gameplay experience through objective and fun matches that will delight players. The title is suitable for all those who like to have fun without the exaggerations of more complex games as the matches are fast and efficient in their own right.

Insomnis is an atypical and great horror game, although a little more length would have been great.

Insomnis is an indie horror game that stands out in its setting and in its story. It's a good adventure to play on a day when you're looking for scares and using your mind to solve puzzles.
