TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 is a delivery that begins to want to give a new life to the franchise taking elements that, although they do not finish convincing, can point towards a very interesting future. Perhaps the biggest disadvantage of the game is that it belongs to a niche audience and seems not to want to get out of that pigeonholing. That group of people, fans of this competition and, dare I say, motorcycle racing simulators in general, I think this game will love it because it has all the elements for that. On the other hand, if you are a more casual player who enjoyed the Road Rash of Mega Drive and the arcade experiences, the difficulty and the very high learning curve that the game proposes, it could keep you away from it, which is a shame.

You'll absolutely feel the punch of speed a superbike will grant you in this virtual high-speed affair just as hard as you'll feel the pain of consistently eating the pavement at every turn. This visceral and dicey racing gauntlet absolutely demonstrates why the real-world event is known for being so remarkably dangerous in the realm of motorsports. But a little bit of grit and patience may unlock the true potential of TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 for any committed player.

TT Isle Of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 starts to move in the right direction, but still lacks many details. The base is good, the location is excellent, but the driving model and attention to detail are to be reviewed.

What Ride on the Edge 3 does well is the overwhelming sense of speed and overall driving. Captivating enjoyment of the environment and freedom is almost perfect. Almost because you quickly explore the island from all directions and the graphics should be better.

A challenging racing simulator that may lack impressive visuals and a variety of content, but makes up for it by having a fantastic physics system, opponents that will push you to your limit, and a genuine sense of speed.

TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 goes for the middle ground between arcade and sim, and as is usual in the genre, it makes a sea of them.

TT Isle of Man: Ride on The Edge 3 is a nerve-wracking high-speed, precision-based superbike racing game set on the actual tournaments of Traveller trophy at the Isle of Man. The accuracy of the physics and the newly introduced teams and liveries are a plus, but the disappointing graphics and lack of more content take a few points away.

TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3 can be tough as nails to play, but once you get used to it, the racing can be really thrilling. The core gameplay loop of racing, winning, and upgrading your bike is cool, whilst the open-world exploration lets you take a deep dive into the world of TT racing on the Isle of Man – even IF it doesn’t necessarily feel like it benefits the gameplay all that much. There’s no doubting that its core audience will be motorbike lovers and I’d find it hard to recommend to casual racing fans, but those who do give it a try are in for a fun time (when they learn how to stop crashing at every bend in a road).

with only the limited variety of tracks that the island offers, an unimpressive and frankly unnecessary open world addition, flat graphics and rather basic game features, it’s hard to recommend the rather average experience that is TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3, one that I hoped would be a bigger upgrade from RiMS Racing.
