Critic Reviews for Dollhouse
Dollhouse begins with an interesting film noir concept inside the psyche, but the game suffers from repetitive gameplay and clunky controls.
Dollhouse takes good ideas and puts them behind clashing mechanics. The randomly-generated landscapes all look the same, causing many issues with navigating and retrieving much-needed items. This pool of ideas lacks cohesion, and the minuscule payoff makes the tedium feel like a complete waste of time. Very little works in Dollhouse's favor.
Dollhouse has a fascinating universe, but poor gameplay and poor graphics that makes it a frustrating experience.

Dollhouse has some honestly good mechanics and ideas, and can be fun to play in short bursts. It's just repetitive, and it's unique multiplayer modes have likely never been played.
...With some fixes the game’s aspirations may yet shine through and make this at least a decent campy exploration in the horror genre some time in the future. For now at least, players can only help but wonder what could’ve been.
An incongruously designed mess that should be avoided at all costs. Awful framerate, poor storytelling, and monotonous mazes make Dollhouse one of the worst games in decades.
Some interesting ideas and a decent style are wasted as mediocrity gets in the way of any scares
