Critic Reviews for MotoGP 17

MotoGP 17 could be seen as a last hurrah for Milestone's ageing game engine, but even with new modes and technical improvements, it feels more like they're treading water while waiting to revitalise the series next year with Unreal Engine 4. At best, MotoGP 17 can be described as a stopgap. With only minor at best improvements, the game leaves a lot of areas lacking. The major feature is a new career mode which is engrossing as you work your team up through the ranks. Sadly, the game does have plenty of bugs and technical issues, as is the norm for Milestone games at release.

This year's MotoGP entry takes one step forward and two steps back, offering a game without much innovation and even less reason to return for another lap around the course.
