Diablo 3 - Rise of the Necromancer Reviews
A must-buy for Diablo II Necromancer fans, still worth it for anyone else.
With a few new zones and bounties, there's more to tackle beyond the new class and Challenge Rift. With luck, and the upcoming Season 11, there's plenty of reasons to come back to Diablo III. The Necromancer is a bit of a work in progress currently, but it's a fantastic addition that fits nicely into the pantheon of fighters and casters.
The Rise of the Necromancer DLC offers a great new character class for Diablo III--but is it enough to keep the five-year-old game afloat?
The Necromancer adds mechanical depth to a game which has hidden the obvious for quite some years. It's an incredible class that's fun to play but extremely overpowered at the moment.
The Necromancer has turned out to be a fantastically gruesome expression of all Diablo III best qualities. With nice skills and good looks, it's an enormous pleasure to tour all Sanctuary's old haunts with a new special someone.
Fans of Diablo 2's will undoubtedly be pleased with Diablo 3's version of the fan-favorite Necromancer class. The classic class returns with a horde of undead.
If you're looking to further your Diablo III experience or thinking of returning back to this universe as you take on the big bad and his minions, the Rise of the Necromancer add-on adds a fun twist, especially when it comes to the powers and abilities of the Necromancer. Even though I have finished the original game of Diablo III, including the add-ons on numerous occasions, I really enjoyed the ability of playing this new character and if you're looking for a reason to come back to this series, Rise of the Necromancer may be just what you're looking for!
The necromancer class itself is very well polished and I am so much in love with it, however, for a standalone DLC and the pricing in mind, I think I would have liked to see more necromancer included aspects in terms of lore, instead of cosmetic stuff.
The Necromancer is a welcome addition to Diablo III. It is a well done class and it is clearly nostalgic. Besides, it is also a reason to go back and play to collect loot and more loot. The biggest problem is the price: 15 dollars for one class is too expansive.
