Critic Reviews for Fable Fortune
Fable Fortune has some novel ideas that put a new spin on gameplay that's familiar to CCG fans. Its good/evil upgrade system shows a lot of potential, though its selection of cards needs to grow into it before it can really pay off.
Fable Fortune seems to be late to the card games party. It's feels way too similar to Hearthstone and despite it's "moral" system all the gameplay feels clumsy and slow.

Flaming Fowl Studios has the opportunity to transform Fable Fortune into something more in the future. For now, it's derivative, flawed, and unfinished.
Fable Fortune doesn't reinvent the wheel, and the few new things it brings to the table (pun intended) are not that good. It's unlikely that it will find a spot in the crowded arena of CCGs, even with cross-play between Xbox One and PC. Well, it's free, anyway, so if you're a fan of the genre, it may be worth a try.

New Fable is good Fable, even if it's not what I had in mind, and Fable Fortune is plenty fun
Here we have Fable Fortune, a good attempt by Microsoft to do its bit to the vast world of Card Game. A Hearthstone with morality that will make time pass without us noticing it.

Fable Fortune doesn't offer much that hasn't been done better in the years before it.
Fable Fortune is a good experiment that has some great ideas, such as the co-op mode or the morality system, but overall its shortcomings prevent it from being a valid option in the CCG genre.
