Despite the frustration, Razed succeeds in making you want to come back for more. As you progress through worlds and pick up more abilities, you can go back and replay earlier levels to beat your previous times. This provides a welcome break from some of the frustration of progressing through later levels and clearly adds a lot of replay value to the game overall, especially when you can tackle earlier levels with your hard-earned, new abilities.

Razed is fun and flashy. It's a platformer focused on speed and precision and it's backed up with fair level design and good mechanics.

Razed might frustrate, annoy and even make you rage, but it's addictive gameplay, excellent soundtrack and your desire to master the leaderboards will pull you right back in.

Graphically, Razed is very pretty with modern cartoon-like looks, with a bright and vibrant vide and a really good level of polish. Razed is very decently priced as well, so if you’re skilled in the arts of speed, running, and plaforming, then you should definitely give Razed a go

It's Speed meets Temple Run, with a heavy Tron filter over everything. It's a fun little runner that has plenty of replayability, thanks to the competitive aspects of the racing, the alternate routes through the stages, and the hidden items to track. However, Razed is quite niche - there's a considerable challenge here and the frustration may be too much for some to handle.

The neon sights and off-the-wall premise of Razed make it stand out as a unique and enjoyable indie.

If you don’t mind the aggravation and can get into the zone there’s plenty to do, especially given how many upgrade elements as there are hidden even in the earliest levels. You won’t be able to get at them initially, you’ll lack the unlocked power-ups to do so, but if you want to always be putting your best foot forward you’ll need to seek these out a little off the beaten and obvious path or even in some cases hiding in plain sight. It’s absolutely a challenge and is full of colorful visual flair, but it’s also not as polished as the best runners on the system, making it recommended for the right audience but with some caution.
