Blazing Beaks joins some of the best ingredients of the roguelike formula and tops it with a marvelous art style, multiplayer (up to four players) and responsive controls. Overall its players will find an involving adventure that never feels repetitive and which has something for everyone.

Blazing Beaks is a lot of things, all at once, splitting focus between a rogue-lite Story mode and twin-stick local multiplayer shenanigans. Neither mode is perfect, and there might be stronger options available if you're only interested in one of these genres, but there's an astonishing level of replay value here, across the board. You'd be quackers to miss it.

Blazing Beaks is a crazy adventure where you'll find yourself fighting monsters and searching for artifacts. There's an endless line-up of enemies for you to shoot and blast through. A cute and charming world that increases in difficulty, and as you progress through the levels you'll be hallmarked with plenty of surprises.

Blazing Beaks is one of the Switch's hidden eShop gems. Regardless of the potentially steep learning curve, the game always leads to lots of laughs. It's best played with a group of friends to get the most enjoyment out of all the content that the game has to offer. If Blazing Beaks even remotely catches your eye, it is well worth a purchase.

Under a carefree appearance full of bright colors and ducks with submachine guns, we get a frantic roguelite in which we will not stop to breathe for a moment while there are enemies on each screen. In addition, the way in which the player's equipment is handled in each game, through the so-called "artifacts", or negative modifications, is a breath of fresh air in which one must decide if he prefers an equipment upgrade, with increasing difficulty. built-in, or stays as is. Maybe its a bit lacking in its lack of online gaming in its cooperative and competitive oriented modes, but it still has a satisfactory solo game, which engages and allows fast games.

So should you spend your own hard earned coin on Blazing Beaks? Yeah, I do think it’s worth a home on your Switch. It’s a simple game to hop into for quick play sessions and if you got friends in the same room, why not give the co-op some loving. The game is polished, it’s entertaining, it’s got a quirky soundtrack, and controls well so why not let this bird out of its cage and into your Switch’s heart, or something bird pun related.

... it’s a real quack up of a game, and you’d best check it out if you’re looking for some multiplayer games for your switch and are into rogue-likes. It’s a fine-feathered time.
