Luigi's Mansion 3 Reviews
Creative environmental puzzles and unique boss battles make this a rewarding experience from start to finish
After the first two iterations Luigi's Mansion 3 expands in almost every department. A bigger game world, more gameplay mechanics to play with and puzzles that will take you some time to solve make Luigis new adventure the perfect addition for the Switch's game library. And for the first time in the game series' history Nintendo also put some emphasis on the multiplayer aspect apart from the story mode.

Games don't get much more enjoyable and funnier than Luigi's Mansion 3.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is a perfect example of a “Nintendo Game.” It’s simple, yet complex. Engaging, fun and perfectly paced. It’s an absolutely riotous good time and once again, shines the light on Luigi, Nintendo’s most interesting and well-developed Mario brother.
Luigi's Mansion 3 is a game for everybody. Be you young or old, experienced or otherwise, this game goes beyond to appeal to every type of player. With a great range of puzzles and challenges alongside a series best in gameplay and combat, it is a game I wholeheartedly recommend to any Switch owner, especially in this most spooky of times.
For veterans of Luigi’s “horror” escapade, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is a huge breath of fresh air thanks to its Gooigi mechanic and hotel level layout filled with innovative surprises and secrets. For newbies, you’re in for one heckuva G-rated spooky adventure that’s basically a Ghostbusters game you’ve always craved for since that one game from Activision back in 2009.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is arguably the best entry for the series.

The game serves as a genre that stands alone. Horror-Comedy-Platform-Puzzler just about does it justice. The developer does a truly wonderful job of establishing a learning curve that will attract players of all ages, albeit the puzzles may be a little challenging for a younger audience. There is a local Co-Op available for a 2nd player to assume the role of Gooigi. After all two brains are better than one, and my eight-year-old son absolutely loved it!
Luigi always lived in the shadow of his big brother, but even if he's a bit scared of this shadow, there is nothing scary about playing Luigi's Mansion 3.
Despite some small grievances with it, I still believe Luigi's Mansion 3 is one of the best Nintendo Switch exclusives to date. It's full of fun, humor, joyous discoveries, and clever design. It's atmospherically spooky in patches, and doesn't quite feel as creepy as the original did, but there's a commitment to throwing up all sorts of crazy takes on ghosts that is so very Nintendo.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is the best looking Switch game to date, bringing fantastic visuals, intuitive puzzle mechanics, and charm that can only be successfully executed by the wimpiest mascot Nintendo has on offer.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is not only the best game by Next Level Games to date, but also one of the best games currently available on Nintendo Switch along with Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Galaxy, and can easily be a candidate for 2019 game of the year.
