NASCAR Heat 4 Reviews
Despite its limitations, NASCAR Heat 4 contains enough improvements to make it attractive
NASCAR Heat 4 may not look different, at first, but it doesn’t take long before I can feel just how much better it has become.
NH4 is still fun to play, but there just isn't enough newness here to make upgrading to this version a necessity. If you own, love and still play NH3, I'm not sure you'll find NH4 a must-have for your collection.
NASCAR Heat 4 still has its issues, but Monster Games' long overdue overhaul finally makes this the game that the series has always tried to be.
A dated and niche license receives the game that it deserves - shallow, simplistic and unsatisfying. Turn left before you get to the checkout.
NASCAR Heat 4 is a fun and realistic racing game with tons of customization options.
NASCAR Heat 4 without a doubt should be in contention for one of the better racing games of the year.
NASCAR Heat 4 gets it right with properly replicating NASCAR and the racing is the best the series has seen.
One of the biggest complaints in the Heat series has been that the yearly improvements are incremental, and that is probably a fair assessment to a degree. What NASCAR Heat 4 delivers is the most significant year-to-year improvement we have seen yet, and some of the most important regarding on-track progression. If you have been a fan of the series before this year or have shown even the slightest interest in joining the fold, NASCAR Heat 4 delivers some substantial improvements and added depth with this year's release.
NASCAR Heat 4 is an improved racer for NASCAR fans that is as refined as the series has ever been, but it struggles to decide its identity or compete technically with its peers.
One and only choice for NASCAR fans with a lot of circuits, but not so good AI and destruction system.

NASCAR Heat 4 is a game that does its best to provide significant improvements while still feeling familiar to fans.
NASCAR Heat 4 is, without a doubt, the best NASCAR racing game yet, but there’s still some room for improvement.
NASCAR Heat 4, at its core, is still an amazing NASCAR experience. The physics are tight and what you expect to feel when driving. The A.I. seems smarter, and even if it isn’t, they still do a great job of reacting to your presence on the track. But even with how good the core is, the game is still plagued by a career mode that needs some more work if it wants to hold my attention for longer and get me into the Cup series.
NASCAR Heat 4 brings a much-needed rise in temperature to the series with an improved presentation and deeper gameplay experience, but the new career mode options could use a slight tune-up at the next pit stop.
The controls feel good, the gameplay feels good, and I like the variety that`s on offer within it.
