8 / 10.0 - GreedFall
Sep 30, 2019

If you’re looking for an in-depth RPG that lets you make choices in a seldom seen world with both muskets and magic, then GreedFall is right up your alley.

Legend of Zelda - Link’s Awakening is great remake of the classic. Beautiful visuals, updated controls and an added Dungeon builder all breath new life into the title. Despite some frame rate issues, the game is a blast to play through and worth picking up not only if you love Zelda but also for those looking for an easy point of entry into the franchise.

7 / 10.0 - Green Hell
Sep 18, 2019

Overall, I thought Green Hell was a good game, but is definitely not for everyone. The survival mechanics can be tough and frustrating just on normal mode. One of the best things the developers did was include so many options for me to play the game how I wanted to. If it wasn’t for that, I’m not sure if I would’ve enjoyed myself.

We finally have the remastered Final Fantasy VIII fans have been waiting for. They gameplay is there exactly as it was previously and it’s a fun trip through a crazy timey-wimey story. But how does the remaster hold up decades later?

8.5 / 10.0 - Oninaki
Aug 21, 2019

Overall, I had a blast playing Oninaki and not only enjoyed the gameplay and story, but the art style and music in-game is also top-notch. I did find the story to be mostly predictable; however, there were also a few moments which surprised me. In fact, at one point I thought I had come to the end of the game but it turned out it was just the end of that section. The combat can be a bit challenging to get the hang of, even on the easier difficulties, but it's well worth the effort.

Pillars of Eternity plays more like a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, and with the ability to take it with you on long commutes or boring events you have to attend, this makes it a great addition to any RPG lover’s catalog.

Shadowbringers brings a lot to the table. From a great story, to amazing areas to discover and explore, Square Enix has truly outdone themselves this time. With many changes not only to the Jobs system, but also FATEs and just general gameplay, it's more than enough to bring new players and returning players alike to the game.  Unfortunately, it's not all perfect, but the flaws are mostly revolving around issues not related to actual gameplay. Still, some will find the content boring, as per usual, but to me, it's pure fun!Score: 8.5/10

5.5 / 10.0 - Conqueror's Blade
Jun 13, 2019

Conqueror’s Blade attempts to set a new standard for what a tactical action MMO can look like. The game does achieve some of what it sets out to do, with some truly great tactical moments and some epic battle sequences. However, clunky, simple player combat, overwhelming progression systems and lacklustre visuals and open world leave the game feeling underwhelming and a bit disappointing.

8.3 / 10.0 - Rage 2
May 13, 2019

We may never get a sequel to Mad Max, but with Rage 2, we don't need it. It may not be perfect, but Rage 2 is a whole lot of fun, and I expect we'll be seeing more in this series for years to come. Or so I hope.

9 / 10.0 - Mordhau
May 8, 2019

Even with the struggles over the last week, the launch of Mordhau has clearly been a success for Triternion and players alike. Even as horrible as I am at the combat it is impossible to deny the melee fighting is a welcome reprieve from the usual first-person shooter or Diablo-esque hack-n-slash combat. The dev team seems intent on keeping the community updated on issues as they arise, and they have already announced they will be adding more content to the game.Score: 9.0
