A JRPG that refines, polishes and perfects the formula explored by its predecessor, delivering an experience that borders on excellence in each of its sections, including its addictive combat system. A must for fans of the genre, especially for those who miss the stories that do not tend to grandiloquence.

Company of Heroes 3 lives up to the reputation of both its development studio and the franchise. An ambitious RTS that is not satisfied with following the line established by its predecessors and that arrives loaded with substantial novelties. A candy for fans of the genre and a must for fans of the saga.

Metroid Prime: Remastered is a superb remastering job of a NIntendo classic, which original players will embrace with a huge smile. Some logical limitations of a game from two decades ago may make it a bit rough for new players in certain situations.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion rescues one of the best PSP videogames, with a remaster that looks like a remake and generates frictions that are hard to ignore. A half-baked work that, yes, is a good opportunity to explore the past of some of the most interesting characters of Midgar.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me is one of the most interesting horror games of the year, even if its stupendous premise doesn't hold up to the end. A fun and terrifying title that introduces very grateful novelties to a well-known formula.

A remarkable science fiction adventure that shines more for its tone, its context and its stimulating ending, than for the story of its characters. Despite this, it has narrative maneuvers that raise the interest in its text, and with a powerful staging that takes advantage of both its aesthetics and its fixed cameras. A concise and direct videogame that succeeds in almost everything it tries, and manages to leave an interesting aftertaste.

God of War: Ragnarok is, above all, an expansion of what was proposed four years ago. An adventure that unfolds in a big way (as the occasion demands) and with success when it comes to expanding its world and its combat system. An exercise in continuity that knows how to play with the inheritance it receives to deliver a title that surpasses its predecessor. If you liked the reboot of Kratos, expect more and better.

New Tales from the Borderlands offers a satisfying experience within the Gearbox universe, with its characteristic sense of humor as its flag and main triumph. However, its lack of ambition and uninspired gameplay detract from the overall experience.
