Othercide is a wonderfully imperfect game: you can't overlook the lack of class balance, nor the exasperation of its roguelike nature. This one, above all, is capable of inflicting hits of great playful frustration before the experience and skills acquired begin to shyly overlook your endless ordeals. The game doesn't come to terms with anyone, it proudly writes its rules and dictates its own inflexible laws. Getting in tune with this type of gameplay can provide a unique and rewarding experience. If, however, the roguelike have tired you out or have never given you a particular attraction, Othercide is certainly not the game that will change your mind.

A good adventure game that faithfully recaptures the spirit of its predecessor while also welcoming new players with a few accessibility options and a storyline that can be appreciated even by those unfamiliar with Beneath a Steel Sky.

A JRPG not so inspired and too much repetetive, but bring with him a lot of things to do and is perfect for Fairy Tail fans.

Terrible interface, micromanagement hell, but also one of the deepest strategy games on the market.

Maid of Sker - in some ways - could be described as a sort of Resident Evil 7 without weapons. A dilapidated house full of puzzles, the backtracking that repopulates deserted areas at first and the general atmosphere, have brought to mind several times the Capcom adventure. Clearly, the technical side pays the price for an immeasurably lower level of production, but in the same way it outlines the strength of its own qualities. Maid of Sker, however, is all about stealth, and while it gives us some tools to distract or block enemies, it doesn't stray far from its initial structure. Had it not been for a dark, kneaded aesthetic and some rather unfortunate game choices, we'd have a little classic on our hands.

An anomalous metroidvania in the intent as traditional in the realization. The creature's alien and brutal beauty is only partially supported by an equally good world to explore. It remains a fascinating title, made with care, that really lacks that extra flicker to excel.

Like the original title, this graphic remake of Destroy All Humans! presents itself as a fun title for some gameplay ideas and for its style, without however being able to leave a mark. Unlike 2005, however, the renewed graphic version is not enough to balance a well aged, but still aged, gameplay. Who has never had the opportunity to help the Furon to conquer the earth, could find in Destroy all humans! a pleasant interlude from other more demanding or massive productions. Those who have already taken part in the invasion in 2005, this time may not find a satisfying stimulus to help the imperial cause.

An archery games in VR with a very solid, demanding and fun roguelite structure. Not for everyone, but luckily there is never pure frustration.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 might annoy those who find this continuous use of 8-bit style graphics redundant. If it may appear pimply and technically "comfortable" in development, in reality the pillars that decree a good video game are always the same. Inti Create has created an intriguing action platformer with excellent gameplay potential. With an unexpected endgame for such a "small" title, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 brings with it the legacy of a gameplay of yesteryear, endowed with a rhythm and difficulty not for everyone, but with an internal consistency and a playful force worthy of a triple A.

Despite its hilarious story and its huge creativity, Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break fails in creating a consistent gameplay. Its good ideas and mechanics are too rough in implementation and fall quickly in repetitiveness and frustration, due also to awkward and counterintuitive controls especially in the tower defense part.

An action-tower defense that makes "Bigger is Better" its mantra. Same formula, still fully functional, but even more orcs on the screen to beat in the most imaginative ways possible.

One of the best entries in the Warhammer 40.000 universe. Mechanicus offers a fantastic story, an outstanding soundtrack, and a sick voyage into the dark future of mankind where only war can be found.

A lot of problems for an RPG made and enjoyable only for Sword Art Online fans.

Ghost of Tsushima is a beautiful love letter to the chambara and atmospheres of feudal Japan, but it is also a confused open world, which alternates fun moments and a fascinating style with sensational naivety.

Deadly Premonition 2 is a real hymn to the atavistic principle that "graphics are not everything". Stopping at the disastrous technical sector of the game could deprive you of a very interesting experience, especially if you loved the first chapter. Artistically intriguing and narratively full of ideas and revelations, this sequel by TOYBOX is expressly dedicated to fans of the first Deadly Premonition, of which it takes up history, characters and suggestions. Otherwise, it is difficult to fully enjoy the only element that barely keeps the entire production on its feet: a fascinating story, framed by a surreal aura, deliberately over the top and quotationist to the extreme.

F1 2020 is not just the best episode of the franchise, but one of the best simcade racing game of this generation. This year Codemasters brings all the emotions and frantic action of the top class of motorsport to the players, crafting an incredible experience both for newcomers and experienced drivers. The new team career is awesome, and overall, the game is solid and rich of contents.

Fans of Marvel's character will enjoy impersonating Tony Stark's metallic alter-ego, thank to well crafted controls and compelling flying action. The game, though, soon becomes repetitive, graphics in the city is not very compelling and the scenes with Tony add little to the experience.

Hunting Simulator 2 is a credible representation of the hunt, but for this reason it does not offer much fun despite the many contents offered.

Celebrating 20 years of Mr. Driller with the remaster of its best chapter yet. Too bad there is not much new content, yet the game is very enjoyable both in single player and multiplayer.

After almost twenty years, the Trackmania formula remains brilliant. The game is fresh, fun and incredibly addictive, only partially thwarted by the seasonal release of the content.
