Guardian of Lore fails to execute many aspects of gameplay and never delivers anything fun to the player. Even the interesting premise and nice art won't save the game from being something mediocre.

The King of Fighters XV improves on what was presented in its predecessor, especially the graphics and the online netcode. However, the absence of some classic fighters is notable. And mechanically speaking, don't expect anything too different from KOF XIV.

Infernax brings an interesting system of choices in a retro game, giving a certain freedom to the player, something that was not so common in the 8-bit era. The gameplay is quite primitive and there hasn't been too much effort to bring more modern elements to it. Thus, it is difficult to recommend Infernax to players who cannot tolerate the gameplay and aesthetics typical of the era it simulates. If that's not your case, Infernax is worth checking out. It's a nostalgic, fun game, with considerable content and with good surprises in store.

Edge of Eternity has cool ideas and a world that could be very amazing, but it seems that Midgard Studios didn't know how to handle the technical part of the open world very well and all that immersion seems to have died in the presentation trailer.

If you can overcome the terrible controls, Cannibal Cuisine can be a fun cooking-style game, especially in co-op modes.

Sifu is an amazing action game with rich and challenging combat that constantly forces you to think about how to better face and survive certain situations. The low variety of enemies and the short duration are a little disappointing, but they are minor stumbling blocks for an excellent title.

Reverie Knights Tactics lives up to the legacy of Tormenta and builds a great story with very challenging and satisfying combat. Despite some technical problems, it deserves the attention of players.

Delivering a huge improvement on the first title, but lacking with new features, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is quite fun, brutal, rewarding and a game of exceptional quality when it comes to the open world. Minor issues still exist here, but Techland successfully manages to live up to the hype surrounding the game.

Battle Brothers is a very challenging and rich game, with a very different and fun proposal. However, it fails in its attempt to adapt the experience seen on PC to consoles.

For fans of the original game, Fatesworn is everything you could hope for: more Amalur! With new scenarios and a classic story of the hero trying to prevent the end of the world, the expansion adds a little bit of everything that was already there, offers timid innovations in gameplay and ensures a worthy closure to one of the best and most unknown RPGs of its generation.

Nuclear Corps: Veterans in Fukushima is a puzzle game with some good intentions, but unfortunately it fails in almost all of them. The homage to a real event ends up hidden underneath a simplistic puzzle design, lack of objectives and a confusion of identity that results in a raw, dull and totally forgettable game.

Despite certain occasional situations, Blackwind is simple, fun and has the ideal difficulty level. The considerably short stages will always make you want to play one more time, and because the platinum trophy isn't hard to get, this could very well become your goal.

Risk System is an intense and challenging shmup that presents us with a very original base mechanic, supporting the proposal with fast action and gameplay that is as simple as it is fun. If the visuals are not the most striking, the game offers a relatively dense story in a short campaign, as well as a lot of intensity and freshness for enthusiasts of the genre.

Although the whole collection content suggests little increments and Sony's strategy of not distributing free native versions to players who already own the games sounds strange, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is an enhanced experience of two excellent games from the library of the PS4 and that look even better on PS5.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction is competent, fun and immersive, especially when experienced with other players. With solid gameplay and good visuals, the game eschews any major innovations, but stands out within the sub-genre, although it needs to resolve a certain identity crisis to reach its full potential.

Windjammers 2 is as simple as it is fun, offering a rare balance between nostalgia and modernity. In essence, it features a very sophisticated gameplay design, albeit with some inaccuracies, in addition to neat cartoonish visuals and a lot of competition spirit. But the lack of different modes and extra content can shorten its lifespan.

If you've played all the "Metroidvanias" under the Sun, Aeterna Noctis might be a good recommendation. The game has a solid foundation, but its individual elements don't provide a concise experience as a whole. There is always something unnecessary that tests the player's patience and perseverance beyond what is necessary. In the end, it is a title that will remain in memory not for what it is, but for what it could have been.

Asterix & Obelix: Slap them All! is a simple beat'em up with magnificent graphics. Unfortunately, although beautiful, it is repetitive and becomes boring easily.

Way Down is an action-puzzle game whose central theme is the assault on the Spanish bank in a proposal that could be fun and dynamic if it weren't for the technical flaws. Aspects such as graphics, gameplay and sound experience that can be considered essential for a good game are poorly executed and hinder the progression that delivers a flawed and unstimulating experience.

Super Robot Wars 30 is a great crossover of some of the most iconic super robot franchises in japanese entertainment. Still, there's great care in telling a cohesive story and delivering good gameplay, even if it fails to challenge players.
