Whilst not every aspect of the game completely works, and players searching for an epic fantasy narrative may be left cold, the deep combat and exciting exploration kept me hooked the whole way through.
A special game that may in nature not be loved by all but between its cast, humor and excellent setting, developer BTF have truly made something special here.

It's Persona, but not quite as good. In the end, I cant help but compare the two games. Its not going to replace Persona in your heart, but its a good sweetheart of a distraction in the meantime.
Devil May Cry 5 certainly provides moments of fun and if you can look past some aspects that belong in the last generation of gaming then you will have a competent action romp with Dante and friends. However I feel like this entry is a step backwards after DMC dared to shake up the formula a little more.
