In the end, Atelier Ryza 2 outperforms its predecessor and introduces new features without losing the essence of the series.

Super Mario Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is a package that offers two different ways to experience one of the best 3D Mario adventure, making it ideal for the franchise’s 35th anniversary celebration. If your heart condition is adequate and you are good at controlling both puzzles and escapes, Little Nightmares II is a must for you. Its mechanics and level design are great, creating a game that can be used as a reference for the next generations in what it proposes to do: terrorize, involve and induce logical reasoning without major frustrations of the player. It is a pity that the story is not integraded in the game — key plot information is available on the internet and not in the gameplay.

It is easy to enjoy Cyber Shadow, as well as to realize that it is the fruit of a lot of love and hard work. The title is undoubtedly one of the most striking releases of 2021 and an indie that deserves to be remembered (and played) for a long time, especially on the Switch. This is a refined game as a whole, which knows how to respect nostalgia without fear of taking certain liberties and fully addresses the issue of the highest difficulty. Be sure to give Cyber Shadow a chance.

As a sequel to Fated Memories, Piofiore: Episodio 1926 manages to offer an even more intense narrative that gains depth as it reflects upon the social and political aspects of the historic period represented. Though it has some dependence on its predecessor in order to offer a complete experience, this is one of the best games in the genre available on Switch, a really impressive feat when we can even say high quality is the current norm of those visual novels.

In addition, it manages to be accessible and fun while experimentally integrating its exotic choices of battle, interface, music and others around humanistic and existential issues.

I fully understand who gives greater importance to the graphic quality of a game, but this is a factor that has never been among my priorities when considering a purchase or writing a review. I think that's why it was so easy for me to ignore the visual problems in It Takes Two. These flaws are even more evident in more complex textures like hair strands and clothing fabrics, but I reiterate that they are largely irrelevant. Just call your player 2 and go deep into one of the most enriching journeys in video games.

Picross X: Picbits vs Uzboross brings with it a very different concept than what's usual in the genre, incorporating an arcade-like proposal based on high speed. It breaks up everything Picross usually offers and creates another kind of experience. For the players open to this quick thinking proposition, this is an essential puzzle experience and will be worth many hours of fun without a doubt.
