Jupiter Hell is a great Doom-style roguelike game that offers action and fun. It is clearly one of the best roguelike titles in its genre, both in terms of gameplay and sophistication. The game is a must-have for strategy fans and curious Doom fans alike. The unique pacing brings something new, fresh and definitely action-packed to the turn-based genre. Someone just really put a lot of thought into this game.

This story is something new and unorthodox. This is helped by the beautifully crafted setting, which represents a journey through purgatory (the beautiful places represent pieces of paradise and the dark places represent hell). You will follow a soul who feels guilt, and so ponders whether she is truly guilty or innocent. If you don't mind some of the ungodly things that are in the game, and some very dramatic scenes, try playing this game about guilt and innocence.

The game tries to lure you into a dark environment with challenging battles, but the reality is a bit different. It's more like challenging battles with a cute nun. If you're a fan of 2D platformers, this game definitely doesn't stand out from the crowd, quite the opposite in fact. While Minoria can't match similarly-themed titles for its production values, it will certainly keep you entertained for a few game nights.

A linear adventure through medieval France A Plague Tale: Innocence will satisfy those who fancy a singleplayer game with an emphasis on story. In roughly twelve hours, you'll enjoy a captivating atmosphere, excellent dubbing and hilarious stealth. Minuses in the form of flaws in the graphics and occasionally simple gameplay don't detract much from the overall impression of the game. This straightforward adventure comes on the heels of titles with a huge open world and proves that even linear games can draw you in and amaze you.

Mortal Shell is a truly great Souls game that deserves its place alongside world-famous titles such as Dark Souls, Demon's Souls and Bloodborne. Mortal Shell builds on the fundamentals of the genre, but adapts them to its own form. Battles are much slower than usual, but bring a new level of frustration. The bosses are all difficult and scary, while their fights are accompanied by great background music (especially for Hadern). As for the price of €24.99, I'm not sure if it's justified or not, but I'll leave that up to each of you to judge. For my part, I can highly recommend the game.

Arcanium: Rise of Akhan is a very enjoyable card title that brilliantly combines board game elements with the roguelike genre. There is a really strong sense of inspiration from great movie and game titles, which is definitely a good thing. The game has nice appealing graphics and the individual cards are very hilarious. However, the gameplay is tying in certain aspects and definitely deserves more freedom. Other than that, however, this is a good card game that, if you are a fan of the genre, will certainly entertain you. Arcanium definitely has a lot of potential and a lot of promise, so we can only hope that the developers will make the most of it.

What to write about Remothered: Broken Porcelain? If you've played the first one, definitely play this one to fill in everything about the story, which is really unique and interesting. However, if you're looking for a quality gaming experience, this game won't offer it due to the amount of bugs and poor controls. Some of the characters here you'll definitely like (Miss Reed aka Linn) and root for them, while others will just annoy you due to bugs and other issues. Not to mention the character of Mr. Stefan Ashmann, who got what he deserved.

The purchase price is currently around 450 crowns, which is not completely terrible, but I would expect a bit lower amount. Lovers of strategic turn-based games will have fun. However, supporters of the original titles, whose gameplay mechanisms inspired Fort Triumph, will probably reach for the time-tested classics. Fort Triumph can be played on both PC and Nintendo Switch, Xbox One or Playstation 4 platforms.

Seed of Life is a bit disappointing for me, as I've been following the game for a long time and was looking forward to turning it on for the first time. I understand that only two developers worked on the title and they really did a great job in terms of making the world look nice graphically. In my opinion, the game should have been released first at least in Early Access, during which time they could have tweaked all the details and existing issues. The price of 22,99 € doesn't seem adequate for the current state of the game. For my part, I can't recommend the title with a clear conscience, but I'm sure there will be those who will enjoy Seed of Life with all its features. The world of Lumia is impressive, but unfortunately that's not enough.

Observer: System Redux from Polish studio Bloober Team is undoubtedly a great psychological horror game from the future. It offers you a good story, nice visuals and a nerve-wracking dark atmosphere, which may not quite reach the more experienced horror gamers. Despite the overall quality, we have to mention a few flaws, which include the same old gameplay, repetitive quests and various overdone effects that may not impress some players. All in all, however, we can definitely recommend Observer: System Redux!

Lawn Mowing Simulator is an interesting title at first glance, which attracts players primarily by its focus, and after our review we have to say that we were pleasantly surprised in some ways. I can assure you that this is not just another bizarro game, and if some aspects were handled better, Lawn Mowing Simulator could be a good simulator as well. What we must clearly highlight are the licensed machines and their processing, especially in terms of sound, and the presence of some details, such as setting the mower to a certain type of vegetation. However, the same old gameplay and terrible optimization make the title just a mediocre piece that will probably stop being fun for most players after a few hours. We recommend the game only if you have a powerful enough machine and for some reason don't want to play Farming Simulator or some other, better title.

Vampyr is a pretty good detective adventure game with a very good story, gloomy atmosphere and difficult moral decisions. It is an original idea, but the developers could have gotten more out of it. Maybe next time they won't focus on the spasmodic inclusion of LGBT people, which some proud representatives of this community have objected to in the Steam discussions, and will also focus on the gameplay mechanics.

Mad Max is a brisk open-world actioner that takes advantage of the legendary film franchise it references in its latest installment, and while it goes its own way, it connects the two worlds through some of the locations and characters. A must for fans of the films, genre lovers will not be offended. Unfortunately, like other games of this type, it suffers from a certain repetitiveness, plus it has a weaker story. The solid game time (according to HLTB 20-60 hours), nice graphics and a good driving model are pleasing.

What will you take away from Salt and Sanctuary? The euphoria of having finally conquered another or the first souls-like game that was definitely worth the broken controllers and keyboards. The game won't take you more than 20 hours if you settle for not beating all the bosses and not having the gear you wanted.

Cake Bash is another interesting party game, which you will enjoy especially with a bunch of good friends, where you can compare your reflexes against each other and compete in several undemanding disciplines. If you don't want to play any big titles and just want to have fun, this game is exactly what you're looking for.

Mad Tower Tycoon is definitely a nice twist on the Tycoon building genre, offering a glimpse into the construction and operation of a large high-rise building. The title also combines elements of elegance well with the real needs of people, building maintenance, as well as funny and crazy situations. Unfortunately, the game has a rather complex user interface, so you need to carefully go through the tutorial. However, if you give it a chance and you like tycoon simulators, the game will reward you with hours of your time.

Patron is a more difficult and modern version of Banished, both in practical and factual terms. The game offers an elaborate social system, an extensive research tree, but also the ability to issue various decrees that can cause your citizens to rebel. For fans of the genre, a clear choice that will keep you entertained, however the lack of any campaign or larger goal may strike some players with a certain emptiness. Perhaps a goal to "build a large monument", such as in the free game in Pharaoh, would have been enough and it would have been immediately a bit more fun. Nevertheless, this is clearly a tasteful game that will find its player and delight them.

Coffee Talk is best enjoyed like coffee - slowly, in sips, and in no hurry. Playing it day by day, switching the soundtrack appropriately, and reading the conversations carefully will make for a very relaxing experience. In this way, the game becomes a charmingly relaxing affair, where perhaps you'll be happy to forgive the lack of interactivity.
