The game Metal: Hellsinger VR should have been my next favorite title on the PSVR2. Shooting demons to the beat of hard metal should be super cool, but the result is very mediocre. Visually, the PSVR2 has had to give in the most compared to the PC and Meta version. The game also contains only a small number of levels, which means you can finish the game in a few hours. The levels and weapons are not really inspiring to play each level multiple times. You really notice here that the game did not start out as a VR title, the weapons and interactions do not work well at all. Visually, this is also one of the lesser games I have played lately. It sounded so good, but the execution of Metal: Hellsinger VR could really use some autotune.

Sugar Mess – Let's Play Jolly Battle VR is a snack you would like to enjoy, but the result leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The visual presentation in the menu gives you the feeling that you can expect a lot of beautiful things, but every mini-game is extremely disappointing. The weapons do not feel good, the enemies are unfair and some levels are even boring. The music, bosses and puzzle levels do not provide variety in a game where you have already seen everything after an hour. This is not the PSVR2 game you want to buy for the whole family.

They Came From the Sky 2 is a game that feels great in terms of atmosphere and presentation, but offers somewhat meager possibilities in terms of gameplay. In the beginning you have to get used to the controls and the walking and shooting, but you will soon see that there is little new under the sun. The linear design could have felt a bit more varied by, for example, building in levels or progression systems. The unlockable improvements should also try to offer the challenge. In my opinion, that is a bit too meager, which makes the game repetitive a bit too quickly. For the price of 10 Euros you can certainly enjoy yourself for the first few hours, but the game will not have much more to offer you.

Besiege for the Nintendo Switch is a port of the perfected PC version from four years ago. The chaos, fun and crazy challenges are just as fun on the Nintendo Switch as they are on the PC. The game works great in handheld mode with the touchscreen and is the perfect way to play the game on the go. It looks neat, runs smoothly and the controls are nice and intuitive. It is a shame that the many extras, expansions, multiplayer and community content are completely missing here. This would have made the port even better than the PC version.

The game contains few frustrations. The art style is delightfully French and the focus on exploring a world full of mysteries is a fresh approach. Caravan SandWitch quickly manages to put a smile on your face. It helps that there are no fights, you can't die and there is no time pressure. It is still strange to jump from enormous heights without suffering any consequences. The finish is high, the climbing and the gadgets including your camper work neatly and are well used in the world. It is therefore a shame that especially the camera, the glitches and the unnecessary crashing of your camper make the fun a little less. But I have every confidence that the makers will solve this. If you are looking for mystery, a holiday to the French countryside or simply want to try out a great new game from a new developer, then you are in the right place.

The game has high highlights in terms of atmosphere. However, that is surrendered in the middle of the game for boring walking around and solving too easy puzzles. That makes the game a bit difficult to recommend. Nevertheless, outside of the middle part I enjoyed Hollowbody a lot. It is a game that gives an interesting look back at how horror games used to be. Including that stiff combat that we have now exchanged for more action-oriented gameplay.

Chasing the ball and scoring points is the most fun, followed by the Keeper mechanism. I didn't really like the other two options, including the Breaker. They try to give the game some face and content by sprinkling a lot of collectibles, level progression, skill points and all kinds of customizable options, including adjusting the appearance and upgrading the 'brooms' with speed, agility and durability, but in terms of content the game actually offers very few real possibilities. The tournaments are actually just an exhibition mode with a nice hat on, but that's all it really has to offer. Online it's fun that you can play with and against others, but even there, after a few hours of floating around, boredom reigns a bit. The game can also be played single player and online, the AI lends itself perfectly to being able to play 'offline'. Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is fun for a while, but has no game modes or content that will keep you glued to the TV for weeks. However, are you looking for some entertainment every now and then and do you want to get to know the Harry Potter universe with friends or bots with a game of Quidditch? Then this is a game that will play quite nicely.

Astro Bot takes the great inventive approach of the demo games and takes it to new heights. The result is fantastic and beautifully packaged in a full game with lots of surprises for Playstation fans. The game sounds nice and cheerful and looks fantastic. The game makes full use of all the features of the Playstation 5, game design is of the highest quality and the special powers are fresh and innovative. Astro Bot is a must-have for any Playstation 5 owner and it hasn't been since the Playstation 2 that Playstation has shown Nintendo how to make a 3D platformer.

An absolute added value are the Hero Talents where every class and build feels different. It has been a long time since I had so much fun with my Restoration Shaman. In any case, we have become very curious about what the Worldsoul Saga will bring and how the current story of World of Warcraft will be brought to an end. For now, we can still enjoy The War Within and we log in every day with great pleasure. Blizzard has created a very successful expansion here and is recommended for new players and old fans.

Gundam Breaker 4 is a game with a clear focus. Building lots of robots and sharing them with other players. This can be done based on specifications or the visual spectacle of a diorama. The storyline and missions quickly become repetitive and mainly serve to provide an arena to try out your creation. It is therefore a pity that the game does not visually achieve the spectacle and presentation of the anime series. This is not a game that you buy for the battles, but to share your passion for building Gunpla with others and Gundam Breaker 4 offers a nicely extensive platform for this.

For fans of hero shooters, Concord can certainly provide some entertainment, but the question remains whether that will be enough to retain players in the long term. It is already noticeable on Playstation that the search for a game takes quite a long time, so soon after release. On PC, the peak on Steam is less than 700 players. Firewalk Studios will have to work very hard to add good content as quickly as possible, otherwise it seems that the only way to attract players is to go free-to-play, and that will not look good with paying players. go in. For now, though, Concord is stuck in the middle of the pack, visually appealing but with no depth and little reason to keep playing for any length of time.

This may sound a bit strange, but Visions of Mana is a game that you shouldn't expect too much from. The game doesn't do anything new at all. Just like your favorite meal or that one music album that you can't get enough of, this can be an advantage. Visions of Mana takes that old familiar and gives it just enough modern polish to not make it feel too dated. Just like Dragon Quest XI. If this is the future of the series, then I'm at least hopeful for the next installment, because one thing is for sure, it was simply a joy to explore the world in this game.

As a Star Wars fan, judging Outlaws is quite a difficult task. Very objectively speaking, there is still plenty to criticize about this game. Technically and in terms of gameplay it is really not high quality. The combat in particular is a bit too basic for the year 2024. Explosions seem to come from 2010 and we have also seen better facial animations. Then it is very doubtful that a paid season pass has been added where more missions will be playable later. Of course, you don't have to purchase this, but content in a single-player game that is behind a paywall is never desirable. But, and a really big but, as a Star Wars fan it is simply a pleasure to finally travel around and discover the open world of Tatooine and the other plants. These planets have been designed with so much love that it is a pleasure to comb every meter. There is a bizarre amount to do outside the storyline, without it becoming boring. Kay as the main character won't reach Kratos or Ellie status, but is fun enough. Together with Nix and ND-5 there is enough interaction to enjoy following the various conversations. Don't expect a groundbreaking game from Star Wars Outlaws, but fans will enjoy it from start to finish. Outlaws is not finished to perfection and it all feels a bit clumsy, but that gives exactly the right Star Wars feeling of the original trilogy.

Kitsune Tails is a fun 2D platformer with a number of levels that will get your blood under your nails. The graphics and soundtrack take you back in time when everything was simpler and, above all, happier. If you don't feel like dealing with all kinds of complex systems or if you want a glimpse into what games used to be like, then this is not a bad game to try.

AS is a bit of a game of averages. On the one hand it sometimes gives a realistic impression, on the other hand it falls a bit short here and there. Although not all the tasks of airport life are included, the professions that are there are sufficient. It may not always seem like the game it should be, but I had a fair amount of fun with it. Despite bugs and glitches, which are not totally present, I think AirportSim has a chance of success. It just needs some work. The steep price of about 39 euros is too high and should be lowered, although I can't say exactly by how much. In any case, the game gives a reasonable impression of the ins and outs of working conditions at an airport. If you like a game that gives a realistic impression, then this is for you. However, you don't always have to do it for the gameplay, but the overall picture and the roaring planes are of course something for the real airplane enthusiast. The GPS needs to be improved, as does the automatic route that is set via your tablet. Being able to set more in the game, as well as more executive tasks at the airport, would also be nice in the near future. It's not a perfect game, but it's not bad either.

It's refreshing to play a game where all the unnecessary padding has been stripped away. Cat Quest III by The Gentlebros is highly recommended and it even prompted me to look up the earlier parts. The game is an old-fashioned Zelda with a pirate and cat theme. The game looks nice and colorful and has its own style. The fights, the weapons, the wild extras and characters provide a great gaming experience. The fact that the game even becomes too easy at a certain point does not spoil the fun. Cat Quest 3 is a fun and light-hearted sequel that you should play alone or as a couple.

Thief Simulator 2 is a funny game that excels in terms of atmosphere and tension. The game also offers quite a few gameplay features and hours of gameplay, as you may not have unlocked everything with about 15 hours of playing. The loading times are short, the adaptive trigger effects when lock picking are funny and some other details have been nicely worked out, such as the red-blue lighting of the touchpad when the police are chasing you. Thief Simulator 2 is an entertaining game for anyone who would like to step into the life of a burglar.

Darkest Dungeon II is a game with a large manual, literally and figuratively. The game is not a pick-up-and-play title like part 1 and involves a significant entry barrier. Yes, you can get quite far if you just do something, but if you really want to beat everything in the game and the final bosses, then you will really have to delve into the matter. In terms of ambiance, the game feels incredibly atmospheric and in that respect there is little wrong with this turn-based RPG. However, in terms of controls and navigation, it is sometimes a struggle on the console to be able to assign and apply everything properly and clearly. This extensive RPG is mainly intended for avid RPGers. If you are the kind of person who wants to put in many, many hours, then you can't believe your luck with this title.

Despite the somewhat high difficulty level and a number of frustrating moments when you were shot by someone off-screen, Anger Foot is a wonderful game. Finding your way is quite quick and once you have found it it is a matter of adapting your style. It is an arcade game par excellence and does everything it can to suck you into the action. If you succeed, it doesn't matter if you die a few times in a row. You just get right back up and fly through a door with your foot again to kick a fire extinguisher in someone's face. Senseless and comedic violence can feel good, but please do that while you're playing this game.

On average it will take you about six to seven hours to complete the story of Unusual Findings and this figure depends entirely on how quickly you solve the puzzles. But this is a nice length without the game becoming too repetitive. The story is light and entertaining and the game is full of jokes and references. For example, the game is full of pixel versions of posters of well-known franchises and the makers are smart about not naming these well-known films and series. The pixel art is of high quality and the soundtrack and voice acting are very well done. It is therefore a shame that the game has opted for a completely open world and the player can go wherever he wants. This adds a lot of unnecessary searching and wandering, while the rest of the game is so strong. The translation from the mouse to the controller could certainly have been better and all this unfortunately means that the game ends up in the middle bracket.
