If you're a big fan of the series or just looking for some mindless shooting fun with a group of friends, you'll definitely enjoy this. But don't expect a huge improvement over the previous installment. Killing Floor 3 is more of the same, albeit with some technical issues. Despite the game being €40—thankfully, they're not charging full price—the package is still a bit underwhelming for the price. It's not a bad game, but it definitely could have been better.

The King is Watching is a surprisingly clever and challenging roguelike with a unique twist. The line-of-sight mechanic is a clever invention that keeps the gameplay constantly exciting. Add to that the building and defense components, along with dozens of unlockables, spells, kings, and advisors, and you have a game that remains captivating. The learning curve is steep, the runs are (sometimes too) long, and there's room for some minor improvements, particularly in terms of save options and visual optimizations. But what matters is that every run feels like a new puzzle. For fans of roguelikes, kingdom builders, and strategic puzzle games, The King is Watching is an absolute must-have.

Split is short. After about 45 minutes, you can reach the first ending. If you want to see both endings, you'll have to replay the game, which, thanks to the terminal interface, is worth it. However, don't expect deep replayability or hidden sidetracks. This is a small experience, meant to be experienced once or twice. Split isn't a game that impresses with its technique or length, but it does boast strong game design. It's an atmospheric, cleverly designed experience that does something quite different from most games. For fans of horror, Half-Life, The Matrix, or similar worlds, this is highly recommended. It's a small slice of digital horror that really gets under your skin.

It's not a bad game, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't find myself frustrated several times because I saw so much more potential. If you've already exhausted the entire genre, there's plenty to find in 'Shadow Labyrinth.' It just takes a very long time for the game to truly open up.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is a game designed with a clear vision. It's not for everyone. Anyone expecting creative, free-form puzzles or pure action should skip this one. But anyone who appreciates a good stealth puzzle game, with beautifully designed environments, captivating music, and a socially charged story, will have a wonderful time here. Just accept the occasional crate tipping over, a mistake being punished too harshly, or the occasional keyboard input. Because ultimately, this is just a great, old-fashioned game.

Unfinished Business does what a good expansion should: it expands on the original without losing sight of what made the 2023 original so enjoyable. The action is still sluggish and hard-hitting, and the humor is also intact. The new enemies, locations, weapons, and abilities provide some fresh elements and variety. Is it revolutionary? No. But it doesn't need to be. Unfinished Business is a compact, well-developed addition, lasting about 10 to 12 hours, that delivers exactly what fans want: more RoboCop.

Add this to your wishlist, follow the developer, and above all, keep an eye on him. Because this is a game that's going to make a splash.

And yet, despite all these annoyances, you keep going. The world in Vessels of Decay simply looks fantastic. You want to see what's around the next corner. The gameplay flows quite smoothly, and you can get past the numerous bosses relatively easily. Vessels of Decay is one of those games that wins you over with one screenshot and one piece of music, but then partially disappoints you the moment you pick up the controller. The numerous bugs really hold this game back. The atmosphere is cool and the gameplay is extensive, but the world feels a bit too empty, even for a game set in a post-apocalyptic world.

Despite the changes to the campaign in part four and the soundtrack, this is a worthy remake that relies heavily on the gameplay. Most of the levels feel fantastic to skate through for a few minutes, but also for hours. It's not a perfect remake, unfortunately, but what's here is heavenly. Let's hope that 'Tony Hawk's Underground' does get a fully intact remake. If it ever comes.

At first glance, there aren't any major differences between parts 1 and 2. A Paragate, Evolve upgrade trees, and breeding Patapons work a bit differently here and there, but overall, both feel very similar, and you wouldn't expect part 2 to be a sequel. You'll undoubtedly spend many hours with the game, but once you've finished part 1, you won't discover much new in part 2. It feels more like an expansion. I, for one, enjoyed the game for many hours. PATAPON 1+2 REPLAY is therefore a welcome reintroduction to perhaps the best PlayStation Portable game ever. It's therefore remarkable that a part 3 hasn't arrived yet. In any case, we assume this is a preview of a sequel in the franchise!

The roguelite part is also applied in a wrong way because it would have been better to apply skill-based improvements, with which you can take that little bit of extra permanent skill with you every run. However, they have chosen to make all cards and improvements that you can earn in the run free to play, and that feels a bit less progressive. Battle Train is therefore better in concept than in execution. It could potentially become a great board game, but needs a few more elements to make and keep it addictive. That is currently lacking a bit, which makes the game fall a bit short in terms of content.

How 2 Escape: Lost Submarine is a masterful piece of game design. If you’re a fan of escape rooms, this is an absolute must-have. You don’t need to buy two copies to play together, and the clever puzzles provide over six hours of intense co-op fun. Both the PS5 game and mobile app are excellently crafted. Fans of We Were Here or Split Screen Fiction rejoice: this is your next adventure. This is a game that will not only test your brain, but also your mutual bond.

When you have collected the first letter and your first mission actually seems to be over, you have already left many hours behind you. The world of Ruffy is not so big, but in the environments where you can walk, you have a lot to do; from racing to placing magnets to open a door and from solving a wall puzzle to finding collectibles. Everything in this game has its appeal, which makes you quickly lose yourself in the world of the game. Sometimes it takes a while to find the confusing world map, but eventually you will discover enough fun during the search with all kinds of small side-quests and other activities. Of course, nothing is perfect in the game, from the graphics to the gameplay and the mechanics, but in general this game was able to entertain me very well, and especially entertain me for a very long time !

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition is nothing short of a textbook in strategic leadership in feudal Japan. It’s inaccessible, extremely challenging and painfully complex, but the player who can get through the first hour or two will have perhaps the most interesting and surprising launch title on the Nintendo Switch 2’s hands. Casual strategy fans would be advised to give this one a wide berth. But for the seasoned tactician, it’s a must-have, and our first taste of what strategy games we can expect to see thanks to the surprising new Nintendo Switch 2 feature: mouse controls.

Mario Kart World is without a doubt the most ambitious game in the series to date. The open world, revamped mechanics, and chaotic new modes like Knockout Tour show that Nintendo is willing to innovate. Not everything is perfect: the world can feel empty at times, and 24 racers isn’t always the best choice. But thanks to a strong presentation, a brilliant soundtrack, split-screen gameplay, and a healthy amount of content, this is a Mario Kart you’ll want to come back to again and again. It may be expensive, but if Nintendo stays on course and continues to support the game for free in the years to come, this could very well be the definitive Mario Kart.

Not everything is perfect: some bosses are disappointing, the level design is less open and there is room for technical improvement. But those who liked Lies or P will also enjoy Overture. It is not a revolutionary DLC but a well-made and atmospheric addition to an already strong game.

Nice Day For Fishing is a surprisingly complete game that has been made with a lot of love and attention. The game offers more than just a gimmick and knows how to leave a clear impression with an original approach, simple but effective mechanics and a well-developed world. The game contains many hours of fun and is therefore the perfect game to play on the go on the Nintendo Switch . Whether you are a seasoned VLDL fan or a newcomer, Nice Day For Fishing delivers a unique and charming experience that is both relaxing and surprising in content.

Elden Ring: Nightreign is an ambitious side project. When the stars align—you and two friends, the same console, no plans for the next few hours—it’s magical. You’ve got great classes like the Guardian or Executor, a Sekiro-esque parry system, and a beautifully atmospheric world. But if even one piece is missing, the tower collapses like a ton of bricks. Anyone looking for a classic Elden Ring experience will quickly skip this one. It’s a big surprise, then, that this successful experiment is being released as a standalone game, rather than as paid DLC for a smaller price. Because then we’d probably have labeled this the best expansion ever for a game that’s already considered a masterpiece by many.

Copycat is all about the story and the message it wants to convey. From assumptions you make yourself, to families that would rather see you go than come. And from other cats that are only too happy to take your place and mingle in your 'home'. These life lessons are the highlight of the game, and quickly make you forget the mediocre gameplay , the far from impressive graphics and the slight camera bugs. This is not a high-quality game, but it plays well and gives you a calming feeling, and even brings some emotion here and there. Copycat has been out for the PC for some time now and is now finally playable on the console, and honestly, it is definitely worth it for every cat lover, or anyone considering getting a cat. It makes you realize what responsibilities this entails, and that an animal can also struggle with its emotions.

F1 25 may not feel groundbreaking, but if you've been away for a year like me, the changes feel pretty substantial. This year, it's just a few small details that have been added, but Braking Point in particular is a welcome addition and should actually be added every year. This mode provides more tension and just that little bit of extra pressure that you often don't feel in a career mode. The career mode, on the other hand, feels more bare with the disappearance of the side events that you could play in previous versions and that provided a bit more variety. It was the promo outings, let's say, that allowed you to do something a little different than driving Formula 1, but the interviews have also been removed, for example, which means that the focus is mainly on achieving objectives. Furthermore, the inverted tracks and the connections with the film are minor additions that have their charm, but are otherwise not very groundbreaking. F1 25 has its flaws here and there in terms of experience, especially in the Braking Point mode which feels a bit like an over-the-top drama, but those minor flaws could not stop me from having so much fun and the many, many hours you can put into this game with the amount of content that has grown tremendously over the years. Add to that the rock-solid gameplay, and you have another great sequel in your hands.
