The Expanse: A Telltale Series marks the return of the American software house in style. The excellent writing and technical realization allow the work to show off a sparkling and engaging experience. It's a shame for the combat phases and the mechanics relating to collectibles, which fail to fully convince.

Despite the abundant presence of microtransactions, NBA 2K24's gameplay remains extremely fun and engaging. The introduction of ProPLAY also represents a real addition of value to the series, opening new avenues for the future. Furthermore, the visual and sound sectors contribute to further improving the general experience of the title. Ultimately, NBA 2K24 continues to demonstrate why the series is a milestone in the world of sports gaming and once again offers a good quality title for basketball lovers.

Disgaea 7 – Vows of the Virtueless is a tactician of undoubted quality that marks the return to the origins of the series on the occasion of its twentieth anniversary. The change of setting and the journey towards an afterlife strongly inspired by Japanese folklore are undoubtedly characterizing, and allow this chapter to take on a life of its own. The additions to the established mechanics of the series integrate perfectly into the gameplay, although we would have preferred some more agile procedures within the game. It is certainly a game that will captivate fans for hundreds of hours, and a decisive step forward compared to its previous chapter. Dood!

Hidden Cats in Paris is a game at a very low price that will keep you company on an afternoon when you just want to think about relaxing while listening to jazz music. If such limited longevity is not a problem, our furry friends will keep you company and you will feel like you are experiencing a small virtual holiday in the streets of Paris.

Mugen Souls Z is a fascinating game on the one hand, very problematic on the other. This porting, useful only for recovering the famous content censored in our territories, does not do justice to a title that is certainly not unforgettable but not even avoidable, which instead is lost in anonymity.

Gunbrella is a game that captured our attention from the beginning and becomes more and more engaging as it progresses. It's impressive to see how, thanks to a weapon that's half rifle, half umbrella, combat and platforming combine in such an engaging way. If you add to this a story embellished with memorable characters, the final result is truly excellent. Its flaws, such as the small amount of areas and some less than perfect design choices, are aspects that we cannot overlook, as much as we want to, because they are imperfections that mark an experience that is almost excellent from start to finish. However, Gunbrella is a highly recommended game for fans of platformers, action titles, well-written stories and Sergio Leone westerns. It's a tremendous step forward for Doinksoft.

Mortal Kombat 1 is exactly what we expected it to be. A title which, despite starting a new era, is based on the solid foundations that characterized Mk Nonetheless, Netherrealm Studios was able to renew the gameplay thanks to the addition of the Kameo Fighters, which are much more than simple assist-men. The invasion mode itself represents a good idea even if its implementation could have been better, especially with regards to repetitiveness. However, alongside all this we find a dizzying technical sector. If this isn't a flawless victory, we're close.

MythForce is a product that on paper has really interesting potential. 80s cartoons mixed with the roguelike genre are a fairly new alchemy for the gaming world. Unfortunately, the repetitiveness does not allow the title to fully express these values, relegating it to an anonymous experience.

The Crew Motorfest is an open-world racing game that gets better the more you play it, revealing a wealth of high-quality racing on the beautiful island of O'ahu, Hawaii. While the map is smaller than previous games in The Crew franchise, the smaller scale allows for more detailed imagery. The island is visually stunning, with vibrant landscapes, dynamic weather and remarkable lighting effects. The huge variety of events and beautiful presentation, however, are held back by an unsatisfying driving model and sub-par AI behavior.

After an agonizing wait, Baldur's Gate 3 has arrived among us, bringing the role-playing game within everyone's reach without demanding prior knowledge. The title presents itself excellently and the work done in porting it to consoles could not have been done better, starting from the mechanics up to the graphic interface. In short, a success on all fronts.

Under the Waves is not the best product linked to Quantic Dream, but the independent French studio that created the title (Parallel Studio) has shown that it wants to commit to a game that is not banal, both for its references to reality and for its depth. artistic which will only improve with time.

Dimension Shellshock is a beautiful DLC for TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, which gives new life to one of the most successful titles of last year. Players may encounter a higher difficulty level than the main game, but the challenge is interesting enough to return to the world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is the best chapter of the saga. The guys at Frozenbyte have been able to package a product that looks at the good things done in the past and further expands their vision. Too bad only for some lightness committed in the characterization of the villain and in the little satisfaction generated by the fights.

If you love fast and tough games, you will definitely like Challenges. If, however, you are not a fan of challenging games, perhaps it is better to look elsewhere, because you may feel frustrated at repeatedly losing a level due to missing a jump or being killed by a demon. Warstride Challenges may be a game with extremely simple gameplay, but we really liked it and will be playing it for quite some time, given how much fun it is to load a level, shoot at everything that moves and run from the start to finish at maximum speed. It's engaging and fun, and the community aspects of the game, like the level editor, round it out in a perfect package.

After 25 years of stories from The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series, Bethesda Game Studios invites fans of great role-playing games to reach for the stars. We've been waiting a long time for a game that proves that Todd Howard hasn't lost his ability to inspire and inspire, and it's finally here and we're having a lot of fun.

Chants of Sennaar is a little gem for lovers of original puzzle games (see Humanity). By climbing the Tower of Babel we will have to translate the languages of the peoples who live there, separated and incapable of communicating as in the myth described in Genesis. Armed only with a notebook full of drawings and our intuition, we will be able to decipher dozens and dozens of glyphs, between exploration and small puzzles. Apart from some less intuitive points and some stealth sections that slow down the pace, Chants of Sennaar is an original and successful title, capable of keeping you glued to the screen for many hours, even consecutively.

Rayman in the Phantom Show is the DLC with which we say goodbye, hopefully not forever, to Mario+Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. The package is a lot of fun, the relaunch of Rayman was successful and Ubisoft Milano managed to give some other new features to a game that seemed to have said it all, even without being able to repeat the Donkey Kong miracle of the first chapter.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle marked a significant evolutionary leap for Invader Studios. The survival horror title created by the Italian studio is capable of entertaining thanks to a direct and simplified gameplay. It's a shame for some small flaws regarding enemies and gunplay, but the path taken by the local team is undoubtedly the right one.

Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon brings the series back into vogue after more than ten years of absence, thanks to the work of experience by FromSoftware. Although the challenge rate is sometimes incomprehensibly high, those who love the series or are attracted to it will find a solid product capable of adapting to any style of play, given the wide range of customization options available.
