Mon-Yu: Defeat Monsters And Gain Strong Weapons And Armor. You May Be Defeated, But Don't Give Up. Become Stronger. I Believe There Will Be A Day When The Heroes Defeat The Devil King. Reviews
Mon-Yu seeks to make first-person dungeon crawlers accessible for players who have been intimidated by the genre in the past, but loses sight of what makes the genre great in the first place.
Despite not delivering what it promised and sounding like a step back after so many new experiences developed by Experience, Mon-Yu still manages to offer at least the essential experience and entertain familiar players with the genre.

Mon-Yu is exceedingly well-coded, runs well, and is just exceptionally boring. The story is cookie cutter, there’s zero stakes ever, and the exhaustively long name just proves that there was the intent to distract from the very beginning. This can be fun if you’re a real dungeon junkie and just want to make a team of different catgirls to wreck house over and over again. Don’t expect anything more than surface level and you’ll be fine.
Mon-Yu maintains everything you expect from an Experience first-person dungeon crawler, while still being approachable.
Mon-Yu is an excellent addition to the dungeon crawler library with a creative and unexpected concept that is very well crafted. To those already experienced in the genre especially, it's a welcome breath of fresh air to demonstrate how it's possible to modernize this RPG niche without losing its challenging essence.
