Petit Island Reviews
Petit Island is an adorable and cozy experience, and I’m pawsitively sure I’ll find myself booting this game up to work on my collectibles again. There are also a few mysteries around the volcano I’d like to uncover. However, while cozy games and cute kittens go paw-in-paw, there isn’t quite enough here to make it a fancy feast. Nevertheless, this was a fun little tail. Whisker me away to Petit Island, cause I’m feline like a getaway. Okay, that’s all the puns I’ve got.
Petit Island is the pleasant adventure of a loyal granddaughter visiting the land of her grandfather's youth, in a story of memories, family relationships between different generations and welcoming the elderly. The visuals are lovely and the island is well designed, but the sequential chapters and insistent objective markers get in the way of the sense of freedom and discovery that the cozy open world could offer.

Petit Island is an exceptionally cute and super-chill game where the adorable run animation alone makes it worth adding to your collection. 😺
Petit Island is a short but heartfelt little adventure that emphasises the power of memories and how the simplest things can inspire so much joy. It has its share of flaws and some areas could use more depth, but you’ll still walk away from it feeling pepped up and fuzzy inside. And hey, sometimes that’s all you need! A Thumb Culture Silver Award goes to this paw-sitively idyllic little getaway!
Petit Island is a charming story of friendship and hope. There are moments of sadness and joy as Lily ventures around the picturesque islands, with the music balancing the gameplay beautifully. I would have liked Petit Island a lot if not for the software crashes during the final chapter, which spoilt my overall enjoyment. Hopefully, the developers will be able to rectify this quickly.
