Critic Reviews for Biped 2

If you've played the original Biped, you've played Biped 2, and I truly mean that. This is sadly one of the lowest effort sequels I've ever encountered, down to even the game's Tutorial being a direct copy/paste from the OG. There are numerous examples of blatant and unabashed rip-offs consistently throughout the experience, to the point that it feels like self-plagiarism.

Do you enjoy playing co-op games with your partner, child, friend or assorted loved one? Then please, in the name of Zeus himself, don't play Biped 2. The intense challenge of this sequel can ruin your relationships with those closest to you as you shout and yell at each other in a desperate, but futile, attempt to make it through the most masochistic level design I've ever encountered.

The story in Biped 2 isn’t exactly the main attraction. It serves more as a gentle backdrop than a driving narrative – a reason for your mechanical duo to explore new areas and tackle a variety of clever mini-puzzles. It gives the journey just enough context to make each challenge feel meaningful, without ever getting in the way of the gameplay. It’s simple, sweet, and exactly what it needs to be, just enough story to give purpose to all the fun chaos that follows.
