If you need to scratch that survivor game itch, 60 Parsecs will definitely do you good, but it's not going to blow any minds.
60 Parsecs is a surprisingly fantastic game that has a large amount of replay value. It's well worth a look.
This is definitely a survival game worth playing and in a league of it's own entertainment value that is out of this world!
It's hard being hard on 60 Parsecs! because it's far from one of those thousands of unoriginal, and badly made indies that plague the industry nowadays. Robot Gentleman's "sequel" to 60 Seconds!, has tons of charm, with its tongue-in-cheek humour, neat Atomic Age vibe, and cartoony visuals - it's just that it fails both as a strategy title, as well as a create-your-own-adventure experience, because it turns out that, no matter how well you get at it, Lady Luck will be in charge of this space ride, not you.
60 Parsecs! relies too much on the story and dark humor to keep players engaged, and that wouldn't have been a problem if the developer would have delivered. But the repetitive gameplay mechanics and the way the story bits are supplied to the player make 60 Parsecs! a hit-and-miss affair.
If you are not a fan of the genre, Parsecs 60 will not persuade you to be. But if you are, there are enough new stuff in Parsecs 60 to entertain you, though it may get boring through time.

60 Parsecs! is a good management game and will make us enjoy its sense of humor. The motivation to survive one more day will keep us glued to the screen and we will want to beat our record constantly. The lack of translation and his repetitiveness weighs a bit on the final result, which does not prevent its recommendation.

With a gameplay style very similar to its predecessor - but very much improved -, 60 Parsecs! can be fun, but lacks variety right on its most prominent aspect: the plot.
