Just a plain bad kart game that manages to copy the best game on its genre but fails on doing it.

Nickelodeon Kart Racers is just about a passable karting game. It feels rushed and bland, meaning there's little here to inspire you for very long.
That's a small target audience, and for the many more outside of it, Nickelodeon: Kart Racers definitely isn't worth the ride.
If you like Nickelodeon and you're a kid, you'll like it. It's not as good as Mario Kart 8, but it's still good fun.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers is, simply, a very very bad game. With basic at best visuals, terrible audio design and quality, as well as just downright bland kart racing, this isn't the kart racer for you.
Players looking for another kart racer and have experienced their fill of Mario Kart can find some fun here, but I would most certainly wait for a price drop. Even then, don't go looking here for a bountiful game. There a fun one-off experience and that's about it.
Fairly decent handling isn't nearly enough to save Nickelodeon Kart Racers. Even if you ignore the squandered potential of a game featuring the network's biggest cartoon stars, this is a shallow racing game that underwhelms at every turn. Tracks have some nice details but aren't particularly imaginative, the presentation largely falls flat, and the whole thing feels undercooked. If you're a die-hard fan, it might be worth a look, but it's hard to recommend this to anyone else.
There are far worse games out there than Nickelodeon Kart Racers, but there are far better ones as well. Given the tremendous opportunity represented by this IP, it's hard not to be disappointed by the state of Nickelodeon Kart Racers; with more attention to quality and another year of development, this could've possibly been a compelling alternative to Mario Kart. Unfortunately, Nickelodeon Kart Racers is simply not good; derivative mechanics, a pathetic character roster and awful performance make this a bargain bin experience that you'll be glad you missed. If you absolutely have to play a racing game with Nickelodeon characters, then by all means, go ahead, but we'd highly recommend you take a pass on this sorry effort.
