Etherborn is a space and gravity bending puzzle game that challenges your spatial awareness, however despite a very compelling hook and lovely visuals it runs out of ideas very quickly.
Etherborn is well worth checking out if brain teasing is your thing. As it toys with gravity and shifts surfaces to the forefront while you traverse them, mechanics come and go to keep the experience fresh at all times. This environmental puzzler doesn't last particularly long, but it's sure to provide an afternoon's worth of challenge and enjoyment.
Etherborn is a creative and occasionally maddening puzzler that will test your brainpower. However, there's not a ton of content here, and the backing narration often comes across as pretentious nonsense.

If you’re a fan of puzzle games, games with unique gameplay mechanics, interesting indie games, or even if you’re a casual gamer looking for something to pick up and play every now and again, Etherborn is waiting for you.
Whether you're walking on the ground, the wall or the ceiling, in Etherborn this is all just a matter of perspective - and the game is wonderfully built around this unique idea of shifting gravity, offering complex level design and a great sense of scale. The only question, then, is why you're doing all of this, as the overarching story doesn't explain itself very well and leaves you with more questions than answers.

Despite its brevity Etherborn is a gorgeous, well-designed puzzler that provides a challenging and satisfying experience
Etherborn is a beautiful and innovative puzzle-platformer that can often be headache inducing, but even so it is very much worth your time.
Etherborn is beautifully constructed yet flawed in its execution, but you shouldn't miss out on this short foray into a topsy-turvy puzzle world built with dream-logic.
The narrative and visual issues aside, the ultimate draw of this game is the complex, wonderful level designs and the intricate puzzles and they mountain over any serious concern I had with the game. Keep your head down and you should be able to crack Etherborn in around 3-4 hours, which is more than enough of this kind of gravity-puzzler for me.
Etherborn is not only a solid, content-rich video game, but also a work of art. Etherborn once again proves that innovation is the main key to success in this industry, and there is no limit, even for indie developers with small budgets, if their ideas are genuine enough.
