Capcom has set a high standard for its Resident Evil remakes, and the upcoming Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake will be "heavily remixed," so much so that it will feel like a brand new game. That doesn't mean, however, that anything in the original Resident Evil Code: Veronica is being cut, as the keyword there is remixed.

With the recent release of Resident Evil Requiem, many fans are no doubt curious about the future of the franchise, and it comes as no surprise that Capcom is keeping the remake train going. Resident Evil Requiem is slated to get DLC, of course, but once the dust is settled on it, fans can reportedly look forward to a Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake in 2027 and a Resident Evil 0 remake in 2028.

Well ahead of then, leaker Dusk Golem has commented on how Capcom is approaching the Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake.
