Blood Pact Studios, developer and publisher of nostalgic video rental store sim Retro Rewind, has revealed that its game has crossed a major sales milestone, as well as unveiling its very first roadmap.
In a Steam post, Blood Pact says that Retro Rewind has managed to sell 100,000 copies. The post was uploaded on Sunday morning (or Saturday evening depending on your time zone), so that sales figure was reached in just a few days.
Blood Pact says it's blown away by the support players have shown to Retro Rewind, and that as a team of just two developers, said support has "made [their] dream a reality" after almost two years' work on the project.
In addition to revealing the sales figure, Blood Pact also unveils the first Retro Rewind roadmap (now that's a pleasing phrase), and the two-person studio is planning lots of new stuff for the game.
Features like backroom storage, a VHS repair station, and controller integration have all been promised, as well as the ability to rent out video games. Extra decorations, music, and other unlocks have also been teased.
