Ghosbusters is the perfect recipe for boredom. There is nothing wrong in its basic mechanics, but the pace is soporific, the level design is too linear, and the situations are the same over the entire course of the story. It is, in the end, a gaming monster to flee from, no matter what.

Same old Pro Cycling Manager: the great managing experience is counterbalanced by a mediocre technical realization that, once again, stresses the team's inability to renew its creature.

Lucky's Tale is not a traditional platform. Is the demonstration that Virtual Reality can enhance even the classic genres and speak its own interactive language. A great start for Oculus Rift's Line Up.

I Am Setsuna is a nostalgic JRPG: it takes Chrono Trigger's gameplay and put it into a fascinating setting. The adventure is brief but enthralling, and the game represents a great debut for the Tokyo RPG Factory, a little Team Square-Enix assembled to create old school game experiences.

Kill Strain was conceived as an "asymmetric MOBA" with a Twin Stick control scheme. It is an unbalanced battlle arena with a sloppy graphic and an impressive scarcity of contents.

Insomniac Games delivers a traditional Metroidvania with a pleasant atmosphere and an intelligent use of backtracking. Song of the Deep is a solid adventure, with some memorable boss fights and a complex level design.

Francisco returns on the scene with another metroidvania, adding, in order to renew the genre, rogue-like elements. The result is satisfying but imperfect, especially as regards the balance. It represents a shooter inspired exponent of the genre, with a slight irony that lies underneath and involves the player. If youre a fan, youd better have a look at it.

Carmageddon remains an unique game, worthy of your attention even if you werent there when the original one came out. It may be graphically not excellent, but Max Damage is full of modes, has a long campaign, three difficulty levels and a really working online mode. If you want to have fun in front of your tv without complications, although a few slow loadings may turn your nose up, Max Damage will surely do.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms is the umpteenth demonstration of the unfortunate union between gamepad and strategic games. The developers have thought of a great product, with many potentialities on paper. The title is destroyed by the bad mapping of controls and a not so impressive technical realization.

With LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, TT Games managed to renew the old formula, adding interesting new mechanics to the game. Despite that, all the gags and the puzzles are really predictable.

There is no reason for you to play Umbrella Corps. There isnt if youre a shooter game fan, because there is a low number of options and contents, and the online infrastructure is unstable. There isnt even if youre a Resident Evil fan: the only association to the series is the map design, that resembles some of the places of the main chapters.

Dangerous Golf is able to entertain for a determined amount of time, that starts when we understand how the sequence of shots work, and ends when we realize that levels are way too similar to each other, and scores are totally random. During these few hours, Dangerous Golf tries to impress and involve the player with explosions and destruction, but it never totally convinces.

This Directors Cut is able to perfect the already excellent Tequila Works game, by adding a series of graphic effects that can fit the current console standards. New lights, new animations make the zombie world more lively, and oppressive. Gameplay and storyline remain unchanged, excepted from the new Survival Mode, which cannot stand against a very limited longevity though. Nevertheless, Deadlight is a game not to be missed.
