Doraemon: Story Of Seasons meshes manga pop culture into a well-established farming simulation environment. Many gamers might have a challenge getting through the lengthy tutorial or might be lulled by the slow and sometimes repetitive pace. Manga fans will enjoy and appreciate the "cut scenes" and artwork used to convey the story and dialogue. The game does offer a lot of things to do in short sessions which should be a boon to "gamers on the go". Doraemon: Story Of Seasons might just be the perfect companion for daily train or bus travellers!

Overall, the Disney Classic Games pack has added two games that people of any age will love. With the release of Disney +, you can now watch both of the movies and then play the games, all without leaving your console of choice. This pack is available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch now for the price of $29.99 USD. With the additional features, and the ability to play old games as new, this is a very fair price and it doesn't break the bank.

7 / 10.0 - Planet Zoo
Nov 13, 2019

Planet Zoo is an incredible educational tool that also supports conservation which is worth cheering on 100%. The amount of thought given to every detail is astounding but user-interface wise Planet Zoo seems more enjoyable to watch than play especially in Career mode. As a sim management game it is clear that a much larger pool of patience is required to enjoy yourself however it is obvious very early that once achieved it will very satisfying which motivates you to really want you to reach that level.

6 / 10.0 - Crossroads Inn
Nov 12, 2019

At its current state, Crossroads Inn is a niche project plagued with technical difficulties, spoiling the good impression from the game. It can be a lot of fun when it is working as intended but at the same time annoying when it does not. The game could have benefited from a lengthy Early Access/testing stage.

8.5 / 10.0 - Autonauts
Nov 12, 2019

Autonauts is a fantastic little base-builder that gives players the chance to build and program their own robots. As players progress, the hands off approach may not appeal to everyone, but the ability to make your robots as simple or as complex as you want opens up the game for many hours of fun.

5 / 10.0 - Vampyr
Nov 7, 2019

I struggle with Vampyr as a title. One the one hand, I love so many of the concepts and ideas that are packed into this game. Moral dilemmas, mystery, Vampires; these are a few of my favourite things. The fact that it takes place in such an intense and interesting historical time with such engaging narrative concepts excites me to my core. Yet frustrating porting issues, a lifeless world, endless dialogue and washed out visuals made it a slog to get through. As much as I would love to recommend Vampyr, I fear that the darkest parts of Vampyr have overcome the light.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout has been a fun addition to the Atelier series. As a game that focuses on crafting, it has a wonderful crafting system. At the same time, it does not skip on the RPG and elements and questing. This was my first real playthrough of an Atelier game. With a great story and a deep crafting system and casual playstyle, it has been a joy to play.

8 / 10.0 - Supesu 2
Nov 6, 2019

At the front end of this review, I stated that there are games that we play for different reasons. The reason for Supesu 2 is to simply be present and to see how another point of view might change your perspective on the problems ahead of you. Its soundscape and aesthetic create a relaxing, zen-like environment to solve puzzles without creating a high-stress or high-stakes situation. Supesu 2 is truly a stellar game.

8 / 10.0 - Polyroll
Nov 6, 2019

While a touch slower-paced than many of the Sonic the Hedgehog titles, Polyroll takes its time to let players warm up to it. With 36 levels and unique boss encounters, it is a fairly expansive experience. While it isn't a killer app, for $9.99 USD, this bug might just scratch an itch for some old school platforming.

Ninja Saviors - Return of the Warrior is a precious walk down memory lane. For players that did not play the original Ninja Warriors title on SNES, the nostalgia effect may not garner the same interest as with others that remember the original title. Still, The Ninja Saviors - Return of the Warrior still applies some present day additions that may keep beat'em up fans interested for many nun-chuck swinging hours.

Whether you like Mario, or whether you like Sonic best, one thing is for sure. You are going to love playing this game. The amount of events is just right to get the most fun for your money. Coming out on November 5, 2019, for $59.99 USD, you will get the absolute most fun out of this game by playing with your family and friends. It merges two of the greatest console game character lineups together and gives you a lot of characters to choose from. I loved the game, and I hope you will too.

7.3 / 10.0 - ArcheAge: Unchained
Nov 4, 2019

Archeage Unchained is Gamigo's try at creating a level playing field for everyone by removing the pay to win mechanics of the legacy version of the game. Unfortunately, exploiters and bad design of the ArchePass have already created an imbalance. While the game lacks any innovation (the original released in 2014), it does provide a full sandbox experience with elements that will appeal to both PVP and PVE players.

Door Kickers: Action Squad has been a fun action side scroller to play. It is very reminiscent of the retro games I used to play on my Sega Genesis. From the graphics down to music, it has been hella fun.

5 / 10.0 - Astellia
Nov 1, 2019

At the end of the day, this is all purely my opinion, and you may find some of the things I said do actually resonate with you and might be the catalyst for you wanting to jump in and try the game. If that's the case, awesome! Astellia isn't a terrible game by any means, and I encourage you to try it for yourself. It just doesn't feel like a great one yet.

4 / 10.0 - WWE 2K20
Oct 30, 2019

WWE 2K20 features a lot of modes and a full WWE roster but that's all you get in the game. If you want to enjoy the game, you have to get along with numerous technical issues, forget about any online feature, and get used to the awkward narration of MyPlayer.

Jackbox games have always had a very specific brand of humor that is just plain weird. I don't mean that in a bad way; I mean that in the wacky, endearing definition of the word. While it is this off-the-way, non-sequitur humor that drives it, but the accessibility of Jackbox Party Pack 6 has something for everyone across a broad audience.
