Castle Flipper is a classic building simulator set in the Middle Ages that brings a fresh breeze and a good idea. However, it doesn't live up to its full potential and it wouldn't hurt to bring more life to the game. There are no people in the world, the animals are neutral and it's more about the scenery. It would have been really nice to see elements from Medieval Dynasty where you can build houses, fields and then invite people to live in your village. Here, it would certainly liven up the game if you could build a castle and hire court ladies, guards, cooks, etc.

Going Medieval is a great building game inspired by RimWorld. The title may be in the very early stages of early access, but it still manages to offer a lot of fun for a few hours. You have several options here to build your colony and make it as big a kingdom as possible. If Foxy Voxel manages to implement all the promised elements into the game, it could make for a great building game. Going Medieval can be purchased on Steam for €22.99.

Until We Die is a very good game in its category. It requires proper timing, forward thinking, tactics, and of course the proper force allocation to defend. However, the game punishes the slightest mistake severely and suffers from a rather unbalanced gameplay. At certain stages of the game, the game will chase you rather from one end of the base to the other, and you'll be mentally telling yourself it's over (of the day, or even of the game). However, I must also add in the second breath that it is a hefty dose of fun and a challenge strategically. Exploring new things and managing a crew is simply addictive for any strategy fan. In that respect, it's a very challenging game and if that's what you enjoy, it'll be perfect for you.

At first glance, Fearmonium may seem like a title that will resemble the action-packed Cuphead. Unfortunately, this is not the case and the title under review plays with a different style. Still, it is a title worth playing and getting to know the story of a depressed, anxious little boy trying to get out of it. You can get this title on Steam for €10.79.

Planetbase is a nice change from other survival builder games where one danger after another is thrown at you and you have to solve it as quickly as possible. This title has a slightly slower pace, so I'd recommend it more to people looking for a builder's respite. You can purchase the game on Steam for €12.49.

Crytek has big plans for the game - besides an ever-expanding variety of skins, whether hunter characters or weapons, also in terms of gameplay mechanics, monsters and additional maps and bosses. There are various themed events that take place quite regularly in the game, where you can get unique in-game items - these are only weapon or hunter skins.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 definitely made a good impression. This is a better and more entertaining first-person version of L4D2. The game has taken the best of the first game and refined the earlier slightly clunky mechanics. Compared to its predecessor, there is a great variety of environments and a higher difficulty level. The result is a wonderfully playable work that delivers hundreds of hours of fun for both solo players and a group of friends.

Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead combined a post-apocalyptic world with logic, tactical planning and the laws of physics in practice. The forty levels will keep players entertained for several long hours, mainly due to their difficulty. It is the high difficulty bar that may soon discourage some players, as well as the need for timing and precision in not only building structures but also planning actions. Even so, this is a fun game at a friendly price, where the characters of The Walking Dead series are a nice change from similarly-themed titles.

Police Simulator: Patrol Officers is certainly one of the better simulators I've had the opportunity to try. I'm looking forward to the new gameplay options and features that will hopefully be added to the game over time. Unfortunately, like any simulator, I found this one to be stereotypical after playing it for a while. However, a couple of hours of gaming fun will certainly do the trick. After all, giving fines and listening to people's angry remarks is humorous.

At its price point, Erica is a great cinematic story-driven game that you'll want to replay after the first playthrough. Sometimes you'll want to fill in information you didn't pick up on the first pass, while other times you'll want to know what would have happened if you'd chosen differently in key decisions. The replayability is also aided by the ability to earn all the achievements. For €10 a really great portion of fun.

Moving Out can be described as a kind of crazy shit that makes fun of the work of a mover. You'll especially enjoy the title with your friends in online co-op, thanks to which you can invite up to four players and kill several long evenings thanks to the thirty levels. If you can swallow a few bugs, such as the not-so-good controls or the occasional character getting stuck, you won't regret your money.

Drift 21 boasts a fun and very successful car building and modification simulation. It offers a fully licensed fleet of cars as well as parts for the cars themselves. What the developers could improve before the full release, on the other hand, is the handling of the car itself on the racetrack and, in some ways, the visuals of the game. More content would also be nice.

I've been following This Land Is My Land for a very long time, practically from announcement to Early Access release, and in that time up to now the game has literally hit a hundred-mile stride. The title has amazing potential and brings a truly new perspective to the world of wild west gaming. Plus, it perfectly combines elements of action, sneaking, RPG, crafting and open world with the ability to create your own posse and go on a warpath.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is a very good FPS with a great dose of action and quiet passages, but also with a great soundtrack. However, the insertion of some political and ideological views is all too apparent in some situations, even if it may be the erasure of swastikas and Nazi symbols. Another negative is the already too far-fetched storyline, which can be almost comical.

Cloud Cutter successfully revives the old genre of classic NES arcade games and brings this style in a beautiful new coat with perfect gameplay. However, the game is relatively short and is perfect as a relaxing afternoon diversion, or when you just want to sit down at the PC and reminisce about the old days at the candy store vending machine or your NES box and TV. Definitely a clear choice for fans of the genre these days.

Interrogation: You will be deceived is unfortunately not for all players due to the more difficult English and the overall gameplay style. Don't really expect much action here. Rather than that, the title is focused on a well-written story that will simply keep you entertained. However, if you have a good foundation in English and enjoy making decisions about your actions and seeing the consequences of them, you should be able to get through the title without too much trouble. I can definitely recommend this game to you. You can purchase the title on Steam for €12.99.

The Hand of Merlin is a challenging roguelike RPG with turn-based battles and many multiple choice decisions. If you like a bit of reading and especially enjoy tactical turn-based combat, this title is right up your alley. For a title in early access, it really offers a lot of fun. This game really had a lot of potential and at first I thought it would be the older brother of the anticipated Scorn, but Inner Chains is an example of how to kill great potential. The price of 20€ is really considerably inadequate, especially since the game can be played at ease and 100% in about two hours.

I've been playing Subnautica practically since Early Access and it won me over immediately. There were many times when I was just aimlessly swimming or enjoying the graphics. Other times I was playing with my submarine and chasing various animals. I regularly expanded my underwater base while also watching other players on the forums to see what master bases they had built. The game offers a great deal of fun and will practically become a guzzler of your time because it is simply fun, original and very catchy. In addition, Subnautica Below Zero is now available, which will be set on a frozen planet for a change, and I'm curious to see if the developers will be able to surpass the high bar they've set themselves.
